he does go full out for his scenes. he's for real experiencing the emotions which makes it way more believable for us as the viewers to completely buy it

yea, from an audience viewing it as a 'kiss' it's clearly a fake/cop-out kiss but from a character standpoint, they were basically making out lol to get to a place that she can do that is a huge step for CG and probably a huge step for Sun to initiate too as she is his first (& last!) love

and then cue right on time as per her past experiences, he gonna be in trouble soon. and people wonder why the girl is so hesitant in accepting lol but at least this time she'll be able to save the person she loves

yea, people comparing it to mimi and mujin having 2 (or 3??) smooches. yet i have a bad feeling mimi might not survive afterall so it's good they got some. i rather have no kisses and a happy ending then all the kisses and a death... of courses both kisses and a happy end would be the best.

aren't little girls the most apt to have crushes? lol she's not seriously in love with him or anything. she probably just finds him very dashing and thinks of him in a knight in shining armor fairytale way (of course they don't really have many scenes at all.. it's just that type of vibe i'm interpreting)

also sad/funny that they have so little faith in wei shu yu that they even think of a way so that he can 'win'

The fact that she isn't his bio daughter but that he treated her like his own just the same is way more touching. it speaks to just how deep his love for her mother (and her) is. and ironically, since so many people thought he is her bio dad, them going that route would actually not be a twist; it's more of a twist/surprise that he isn't her bio dad lol

yea, maybe there is a cut scene somewhere on the editing floor. but also like even without it, it makes sense. like who wouldn't have a crush on A'Sun?? kinda unrealistic actually that we haven't yet gotten a single lady outside of CG to show any interest in him lol

obviously as shippers, i'm sure a lot of us would've love an unblurred, no birds involved kiss. lol but can we still celebrate for the characters themselves that they've gotten to this point of their relationship? they got to experience their next level of intimacy [which actually went on for quite a bit... ;)] and have basically committed to each other in front of her mother. it's still a win in my book :)

seems he's being kept captive by khatun. this scene is CG saying 'goodbye' to her mom; she says she's now going to save the person she loves aka A'Sun and asking her mom to keep them both safe.

I think even Dilraba is saying he looks like he cried and he's denying it.. lol

what do you think is the reasoning then? why are they torturing us? :/
