Sometimes one starts a xianxia with just the usual xianxia expectationsāthe experience of epic human emotions. Sometimes one stays on because the characters made the expectations unique. Sometimes one chases one episode after another because the acting is powerful. Iām so sorry none of the above applied to you but 2024 just began.
