Well, yes, I know they must have modified it. I do think she will marry XiyanGreenTeaPrince (TM) for one reason or another, though (not love). And yes, I saw the few shots of MRXH in agony and there was one of her looking at him while he was on a bridge sobbing. My poor boy is going to suffer, sob.

I think in 22 MRJH has to give up Mei Lin to save her (XiyanGreenTeaPrince has the cure) and to get her away, he tells her everything was pretense on his part. And of course, the ultimate pain for her, he revealed to her who he really was.
