I'm not sure how satisfying as a BL it will be for you because i think it'll still depend on your personal preference, for me it was (it might not be perfect but it was satisfying for me), but the ending is 100% BL happy ending. They ended up together in their own bodies (Korn and Win, so no confusion there) and had a lot of cute moments at the last episode 😊

As of now they're still shooting and Mix said it would be released at the end of the year 🤗

From what i understood Win's dad was the Cupid and it was his will/wish that helped Korn and Win finally get together, he was the one behind the body swap and he knew how Korn and Win felt for each other. I'm sure someone else can explain it much better than me but i hoped that helped a bit 😊

Agree, and although Mix was great for his first role i do believe that its a result of being a natural good actor and having both a seasoned partner and a great director that guided him well. So having none of that in these recent shows is what i believe made them bland and forgettable.

I agree that they should hire better writers and directors but also good or experienced actors as leads. I think the difference between Bad Buddy and Not Me from other shows is that their leads are all established experienced actors that can turn even a simple story good. ATOTS is another show that had good actors even though Mix was a rookie (which is rare).

But casting rookies as leads and then not even having a decent plot is really not working out anymore. It’s pretty obvious that some of their recent shows are just to jump start their new ships/couple like JoongDunk and ForceBook to check how well they’ll be received but they keep forgetting that viewers also expect a good storyline to go with these couples.

And the fact that they were the only LGBTQIA+ show nominated on that category but still won against all the non-BL show is really something to be proud of, so congrats to the cast and crew! They deserve it ❤️🎉

I also would like to say that there was also a reason why it was a sister and not a brother in the story that Win switched with, which was again the mom storyline but you’d have to watch it to understand 😅

Just want to make it clear too that Win is trapped inside Lins body but Korn and us viewers see Win most of the time. And yes they do kiss in a spur of the moment but it was part of the plot and has a purpose, they do acknowledge it and its consequence (since he’s still in Lins body). They didn’t start any relationship while the siblings was still swapped 😊

Also Korn was already inlove with Win even before the swap, the swap was mostly for Win to realize and face his feelings for Korn. So there wasn’t any confusion on Korns part on who he likes which was Win thats why we say its still BL. By the end the siblings went back to their original bodies and Korn and Win finally got together as themselves. 😊

I do understand that the plot do sound weird/ straightwashed on the surface but its actually a bit more complicated if you watch it, although i do understand too why some people might find it weird and might not want to watch it so i’m not trying to force you to watch it 😅This is definitely not everyones cup of tea and its a matter of personal preference at the end of the day 😊

Not really, Korn knew Win was in Lins body from the very start so he and us viewers mostly “see” Win interacting with Korn for most of the show and *spoiler* Korn was already in love with Win even before the swap so there wasn’t any confusion on his part on who he’s in love with. The swap (on my opinion) was actually for Win to realize and face his feelings for Korn and regret how bad he treated him 😊

End of episode 3, that’s actually one of the big changes they made from hotstar to youtube. They shortened the dream sequence from atleast 2mins dance to 20 seconds at most and edited the oversaturated color of the original and removed all those unnecessary effects.

There are a lot of difference between the hotstar and youtube version but if you didn’t really notice the difference in the dream sequence or you’re someone who doesn’t really notice the small things you might not really catch the changes. The colors are better (one of the main issue from the original, but again if you’re not very observant you might not notice it), transition were clearer and some scenes are cut short or extended. Music and BGM was also edited. I think for you to really see the difference you have to watch it side by side 😊

From what i understood too thats how the show was trying to portray Lin, as someone who was pampered, spoiled and sheltered her whole life, i don’t think she even work at all because they’re rich 😅 Regarding getting cold easily i think it was Win himself who gets easily cold as we saw from the flashback before, and he still gets easily cold even in Lins body.

They do show he works at the farm, not just paper work but physically taking care of the animals. But i do agree they should tone down saying girls are weak, cos its definitely untrue 😊

I think romantic chemistry and bromance are a very different thing. As you said, for you you only feel bromance with them and i think other viewers can also differentiate between romantic and bromance but since chemistry is subjective we all interpret it differently and most see it as romantic even though you might not see it.

I disagree about their intimacy or skinship feeling forced but ofcourse you’re entitled to your opinion. Their chemistry in ATOTS was one of the best for me even without any skinship throughout and their chemistry and acting here is honestly what saved this show for me 😊

I think chemistry of actors are also subjective, i’ve rarely seen viewers say Earth and Mix don’t have romantic chemistry but there are some who can’t see it and its totally fine. I think they wouldn’t be as popular or well received as they are right now if they don’t have the romantic chemistry that majority of viewers sees. I, myself have watched other couples who i don’t think have that much romantic chemistry but majority sees it, so your opinion is understable.

Yeah, although i do want to point out that ATOTS has an 8.6 rating so far and some other BL movies or specials has 8.6 or higher. I think only movies or specials can get 8.7 or higher because most of the time they don’t have a dropped category.

And yes, i also observed from shows such as ATOTS, Bad buddy and Not Me that no matter how highly praised the show is (i think all three even reached 8.9 during airing) it always goes down to 8.6 or lower once the show is over. It’s just the way MDL system works, once the “completed” and/or “dropped” section are available it goes down. Just an observation.

Just also want to add that i think it’s still early to tell the real computed rating here for now, if you check the ranking it’s still all over the place and still not final based on what i’ve observed from other shows. An 8 rating will put the ranking at around 1,200 more or less but as you can see its still at 34,000+, so i think MDL still hasn’t rated/computed this one correctly and would be also be why the rating might still jump up or down depending on the few who rates it. I think the ranking would also be fixed when a certain percentage of viewers rates the show and since kinnporsche has alot of viewers and only a small percentage of those have rated must be why its still glitchy.

I do believe though that its nearly impossible to maintain the 9+ rating here because the more viewers and rating there is the more it balances out and goes down aside from the MDL cap against BL and how its nearly impossible to get an 8.6 or above. I think some fans was just used to the 10 and 9 rating but it was really bound to go down as more people watch it, some viewers don’t even give a 10 even if they loved a show or how great they think it is 😅 although yeah, 8 is a bit low for this. But i’m sure the more episodes are released and the more people rate this the rating would stabilized and most probably would increase. This went longer than i expected lol sorry for the long speech just wanted to share my thoughts on this 😅

The kiss happened in the heat of the moment and they also acknowledged the consequence of it afterwards 😊and yes, there’s alot of kisses and sweet moments once they’re back to their original bodies 😁

This was actually the third time he posted and everytime it gets meaner, first 2 comments no one gave him attention so it really seems like he keeps on reposting to get attention or approval. I agree, criticism of a show is fine but insulting and shaming an actor personally is not.
