One step at a time. YES, ITS not the most perfect Xianxia drama I have seen, but so far the characters seem to develop. Some of the CGI is bad, but then , I am still watching, as I like the story lines , the actors, the colours etc. There are many stories intertwined and there is lots to take in when it comes to who is who or what is what used for. But I'm sure, lots of stories will make sense at one point in future. 😊

I really enjoyed the scene when the 4 worked together 😊

Somehow I feel there is zero chemistry between them. It didn't feel like they wanted to kiss each other at all 😂

I don't see them as a couple as such, more like a coming of age couple where it will take a few more years before the actual can be a relationship is any sorts. At the moment I rather see her as a confident and someone who can support him with her intelligence and strength.

I think that's the most interesting of all story lines. 😊For me it's a relationship that's not happening right now, but when the time comes, the CP will have grown up.

Aye. There are so many complains about the pairing of the young CP with an older women. I don't understand all the criticism, it's not like they are having a sexual relationship. I see her more like a confident and mental thinking alike relationship. At one point the CP will grow up and be an adult soon.

Such a great show! Will miss it so much. There was not one boring moment. Every episode kept me wanting more. The end was well done and the bonus episode was lovely.
Costumes , acting, special effects , dialogs, humour, romance with a certain hint of suffering and longing. Yes, there were some minor flaws and we could have more episodes, but still, it was my favourite historical drama this year.
Well done to the cast and producers and everyone involved in the making of this excellent drama! 🙂
