Great show. Liked the acting and all the various different cases, uncovering lots of truths on how society really worked. This drama is more about solving cases and uncovering the truth and the guilty and taking revenge in a strategic way. 👍

In episode 27 get are chasing the baddies . There are always twist and turns in this show. That's what I like about it. It starts with one case and ends in a totally different case, but all is related and acquaintances are encountered on the way to find out about her families doom!

They get the killer 🙂

It was a nice feel good drama to watch and the 24 episodes were just enough. Their chemistry was good too. Nice storyline.

It's so good. It will get better even. I miss this show a lot.

I'm not sure what other people think, but from status point of view she would be better suited with the SML. Of course , from admiration and romance side of things, she is obviously better suited with the ML. I'm just not sure if a grand prince was able to marry a widows woman and someone with a servant status in history. Maybe it was possible?

If course it's not ok for a man to slap a woman nor mistreat her in any other way, and vice versa.
I think you should argue with the script writers and producers on that point.

I see Jae-I as a person who has never been loved before and has grown into a man with lots of hate in his heart, always having to bit command to his awful father who also is abusive towards him. She has shown him kindness and he is not used to it , but deep inside is growing from cold to warm , starting to develop emotions and weaknesses that he never felt before. He starts thinking and acting for himself. It's a drama with great character development. Not sure if they are romantically suited, but status wise, they would be.

For what is saw is that he obviously didn't know that he nearly killed her and he regretted it deeply. Was he not following orders to shoot at the village?

Considering how many dramas are out there where and when the male lead has grievances with his future love interest at first, it doesn't always start with romance at first. Life can be brutal and not everything is about butterflies and being lovey dovey. The SML obviously is growing into a better himself and he is not so bad when he started off. Besides, I'm pretty sure she would have slapped him too , if she needed to. I think the word domestic violence is not really fitting the scene that you are describing.

Not sure what second lead syndrom is, as I'm talking from status point of view, but everyone their own of course.

Whilst I like all of the leads, including second lead couple, sometimes I think the FL is better suited with the SML, considering her status. The SML also is quite interesting and he likes her.

I just finished this drama and whilst it started off fine, I felt more and more frustrated with the female lead who was so timid most of the time, with not many facial expressions. Not sure if it's the character she betrays, but men did I struggle watching her character. On occasion she got into debates, but had no response nor any expression at all. Anyways , the supporting actors were really fun and entertaining. Even the jealous female lawyer could express her jealousy so well. The second lead couple was interesting and funny. Well, for me CXX acting didn't disappoint and I really loved the drama Love between the lines and maybe I was too spoilt with the heart-warming relationship he displayed with LYX. She is such a darling!

Yeah. There are some aspects about her character that don't fit or even annoy me. I kind of find her character a bit cold/offish . Playing a lawyer is not easy.

Yeah. In my eyes she is not a lawyer at all neither.
