I read some translation of the drama CD and wow I really wish the drama is longer, the part of the story told from Kiyoi’s POV from high school to college and his feeling was so satisfying to see pretty boy being frustrated and desperate from the start lol I really hope they have that perspective in this short drama.

Maybe because I don’t speak English that’s why I don’t find the word “gross” he has been saying to be heavily offensive or trigger this many people every week but so far (plus the context by now he just said with a soft smile as nothing to be taken serious anymore), I’m impressed by how beautiful the cinematography is and I’m gonna try to follow till the last ep 👍🏻

I hope it won’t get overhated too, I don’t know the characters yet but I see room for development. Even better I want this to have sequel to the part where they have to balance job and relationship. I love that kind of stuff so I want to be patient with the high school part lol

I heard abt this and I’m pleased to hear! I was skeptical at first thinking this is the typical bully plot like old shoujo manga but after reading summary I decided to start watching. I feel like more people need to do a bit of research before expecting something. My only fear now is that they will rush everything into 6 ep :(

From the summary I read it seems like the pretty boy isn’t that bad and as they grew to adult, he’s the one chasing after Hira and I really want to see that lol

I saw a lot of negative opinion on this series even though it’s just one episode which is the opposite of me. I normally dislike heavy theme and problematic characters but before starting to watch this one I looked for summary of the 3 parts of the novel (which was difficult to find tbh) and I see why it a popular novel. It seems to me that the characters and relationship will get better even though it’s slow but I’m willing to give it a chance till the end.
