I think not reading novel or listen to the drama cd before watching this drama make it more enjoyable bc right now I’m being salty of some dialogue and scene wasn’t in the drama lol but i know well that they can’t put everything in

Can’t blame him too, i actually want to see him beating them up in drama lol it’s crazy but that first time fighting back was the reason he gained some confidence and survive in college that’s why he worships Kiyoi even more

I was confused too lol but it seems bc this story is told from Hira’s perspective, his mind went blank when he stood up for someone and himself for the first time so he imagined it as he was shooting him for his king instead in his mind. That’s why we didn’t get to see the punch. But yeah he attacked them like crazy in the novel.

Just a little pet peeve but there’s some detail I wish they put in the drama: the part they talked about Hira’s speech disorder and Kiyoi apologized for it and also when Kiyoi told him about his family and lead to why he wants to be on TV. But I guess such detail won’t make it it such a short 6 ep drama

I didn’t read the novel but I listened to the blcd of it and I think Kiyoi said smth like he saved all of his first for Hira 😂 that guy is just so whipped in his POV

I found the editing of the kiss scene was a bit weird but the quick, silence and the shaking camera work making me feel tense in my stomach and awkward with the characters 🥶 or is it just me

Yeah i think it’s that part where he heard people talking about Kiyoi dating that guy From his working circle if i remember right. Just at first people talk abt this scene not from novel so they thought they are making a different kiss scene between the couple lol

Huh i was right the guy who’s gonna kiss Kiyoi in the purple light won’t be Hira. Can’t wait for ep 4. Also The second lead guy is so cute

I’m quite shocked how pornographer series are scored this low(both the series and movie). To be honest, I only like a few BL series and this whole series is my favorite (tho I skipped some part of Mood indigo but it’s still good to understand character’s depth). I saw people saying kuzumi actor was too stiff and awkward so they prefer the past couple in mood indigo more but tbh for me, I think he just play the part of this character from the manga who’s awkward and young at first. If you watch this movie sequel, you will see how well he can play intense emotional scenes and portray the chemistry with his partner. Hopefully this will get picked up by streaming platform for everyone to watch soon.

Glad to hear that. This is why i really need this drama to get second season. I feel like bc there are 3 books, this first installment gonna be more like just the start of their relationship. Hopefully it will get enough demand at least for a sequel

I really want want the sequel of this drama from the second book. A more mature romance and hardship as adults together is such my cup of tea. (I haven’t read Nikurashii kare at all, just heard about it)

I already love the cinematography and the mood they set in this series, 6 episodes is really too short for me. I wish it was at least 10.

I’m thinking they will cut all the sexual scenes ? (Idk how far they can go) and the most we get will be a kiss scene, both actors are as young as me so I won’t expect them to do mature scenes like the cd/manga. I’m not sure if that almost kiss in the trailer was with Hira or not 🤔 but it’s not like Kiyoi to let someone else touch him.

If I’m not wrong, he cried a lot cuz of Hira in the later part of the CD I swear if the drama includes those I’ll be dead 😭

Lowkey regret reading the blcd cuz now I feel bad whenever people hate on Kiyoi jshsjsjsh

I didn’t really read the whole thing but I think he liked hira when they spent more time together (I think it’s ep2 when he played with fireworks and smiled at Hira?) so before graduate he kissed him to show Hira the feeling he couldn’t say But our boy thought it was a goodbye lol
