I watch Blossom Through the Clouds immediately after The Early Spring to decompress, and it relaxes me but I discovered shocking eye puffiness/bags around and under my eyes today when I was at the hairdressers. Will still stay up tonight but force myself to get more sleep tomorrow morning.

Which is why everyones eager for the breakup era. These two would be great for eachother if they solve their issues.
We definitely want the happy ending, but Luke needs some humbling and to learn how to express the love for Flora that we so obviously see him feeling and she needs to do some maturing. We also want to see him cry, lol.

That's not what happened. From what I've read from commenters who've read the book, she saw her mother hugging that man we saw in the last episode and misread. The mother got some wonderful, can't afford to miss out on, work opportunity that required leaving for wherever. She wanted FL to go with her, but FL was angry because of her misinterpretation and stayed behind with her father. The parents divorced and the mother remarried later.
And just a word for any guy watching this drama: if a woman in your life is sexually assaulted, limit your actions…
I understand why he's upset she didn't share with him what was going on, but she also was protecting him because he's the one who would have ended up at the police station while Dony roamed free. He might have literally killed that man or caused permanent damage, which would have undermined the case she had built and the others also would not have come forward.
