I was so moved when he met with the doctor to discuss her "condition" and the doctor gave him really excellent advice that he has taken to heart. Instead of challenging her about the maid, he is spending time with her to try to ease her loneliness and other issues. I know he said he got rid of most of the servants at the mansion to keep his healing legs a secret, but I also wonder if he wanted to also give her more privacy to go "mad" when she needs to.

This is such a wonderfully moving drama. And let me tell you, my MDL friends, I am not a period drama girl. I watched Pursuit of Jade because I am in love with ZHL and really enjoyed it and before that watched Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, which I quite liked and My Dearest for the leads but ff'd through all of the war and palace intrigue. Thanks to POJ I tuned in for this and am so glad I did. It has been quite a wild and joyful ride to wake up to each morning. And in about 30 minutes there's Love Has Fireworks!?! And tomorrow Never-Ending Summer? My cup runneth over!!!

Watching these two fall in love is just the sweetest and most joyful thing. ML is the total opposite of how he was when FL first came into his life, and moreover, he is so kind and gentle and understanding.

Yes. The way he reaches out for her is everything. I think they are definitely falling in love but not letting that deter them from their missions and are also working on building the trust that will be necessary to sustain their love.

I think he is already winning her heart but she is also on a mission so isn't acting lovestruck. We will see romance soon.
