I think it's clear from her behavior toward Dr. Lu that she's not interested in her and he won't take a hint. She's being nice/tolerant because he's treating Lin Wu's insomnia and headaches and because the mother keeps foisting him on her. He's the one inviting her to archery and finding reasons to go into her house to make jam of all things, that as Lin Wu has pointed out, she's not even eating. He knows she doesn't fancy him and sees the extreme closeness between her and our ML, which is why asked her to take her time to think about a relationship with him.

I think the difference is that SFL knows that SML likes Darim and is okay with that. She's basically letting him know that she'll be there for his consideration when he gets over his delusions. It's also part of her love who you love, not who your chaebol family is trying to force on you era. SML, on the other hand, refuses to accept that Darim only sees him as a brother and has no romantic interest in her at all despite the closeness he witnesses between her and Hyeok. He's an idiot.
