Jinqi was not surprised at all. He basically said she's a "fuck around and find out kind of girl" who would not stand for Manyi's kind of BS without retaliation.

Like the other poster noted, they figured she'd probably try to escape by water. They used the same singing technique she and that other maid used to capture the marquis's attention. It's really all they could do, and it worked. Still hate Han, though.

Jinqi had very little interaction with her, so why would he remember her face when there are so many maids at the house? Wasn't their only interaction when she delivered tea one time?

I'm not in love with her looks, either, but she is a great actress. I think it may also be that she's kind of tomboyish when compared to our typical FLs. But, she can really rock a red lippie, so I hope they give her some. In Road Home she looked a thousand times more attractive and quite lovely whenever she wore a deep red lipstick.

Agree but have no willpower. I love how even though I knew she'd escape the brothel unscathed, I was still on pins and needles throughout the episode. This drama is soooo good!!!
