Oh, I hate the former prosecutor as well. The things he is doing in cahoots with upper management to defeat the delivery workers just made me hate him. They treat these workers like they are nobodies instead of men with families to support. Just terrible.

And every time I see him eyeing the accountant as if he wants to romance her I am thoroughly repulsed. I just find it creepy for someone like her who cares about people would be lowered to the level of liking someone as low on the moral scale as him. *shudders*

Okay. At least it prepares us for the ending. It's sad the she has to live without him though.

Thanks for the information. Since this is fantasy, I wonder if he can become human so that he can grow old with Shen Luo. Then again, I suppose he didn't become human if Shen Luo is inquiring about if they can have kids.

@moondust, I think my temperature skyrocketed in that jealous kiss scene too. Then on top of that came the scene in the bedroom in the follow up to the jealous kiss scene. I was so surprised by that one because I guess I did not expect that level of hot and yet it's still tastefully done. No need to close my eyes.

@moondust, Indeed the romantic scenes are no joke. There are like three scenes with Yehua and BQ that I am quite frankly shocked that they're this level of hot for a historical drama. :D I don't even see this level of hotness in the modern Kdrama I've watched. Still, I think they are tastefully done and not overboard like American tv shows.

Fortunately I've never seen it as horrendous in Asian drama discussions as I've seen it in English tv, movie or novel discussions. I've seen it where even the creators of the story got lambasted and they commented on the shipping wars in their commentaries. LOL Fans are just nuts sometimes. I would never take my interest in a couple to that level.

Agreed. I think it's pretty clear that he isn't supposed to be in love with her from the beginning. I don't mind it because I assume he will eventually develop feelings for her. There's also the added pressure of saving both their lives.

@MysticLullaby, it doesn't matter. It's guaranteed that there will be debates over who has more "chemistry" with the main lead. I've watched shipping wars for 15 years now but I avoid them like a plague when I can. :D

I'm glad to hear that. I haven't watched it since it missed a week of airtime. Then I heard it was for re-writes so it's good to hear they improved the drama.

Despite the lying I find it was a good drama. I like the way it portrayed the pain and messiness of divorce. The kids were really enjoyable to watch and the divorcee and widower. It was very funny too. Still, it also depends on your taste in drama.

I keep wondering if the idea is the same kind like the movie Final Destination where the characters cheated death but then Death came after them one by one. I hope it's not ominous like that.

Unfortunately a lot of drama have a lot of lying but not as much as getting drunk. I just finished watching a family drama Five Children and the characters lie to each other a lot. Any form of deception whether well intentioned or not is lying and there is no such thing as white lies. A lie is a lie.

@Humbledaisy, Since you read the book, who is Liu Ying? Is he yet to come or did I miss something?

@BikiLee, I have watched the raws through episode 44 but I can't speak the language. That's why I know when to start watching the subbed episodes to my satisfaction. :D

I think she gets some of her memories back in episode 44. It was up on YouTube last night and then it was probably taken down because I no longer see it.

Perhaps they extended it because I also saw 16 episodes in the beginning.

Nam Gung Min for the win. This is genuinely funny. I thought writers no longer knew how to write sincerely hilarious scenes.
