Just started this and I’m blown away by how good looking the leads are!
Yes! You should watch Wang Anyu’s Forever Love. It’s on viki and I think on youtube too.

This drama managed to exceed my expectations. Sports is the focus, with some dashes of romance along the way.…

Title Mr. Bad
Came across the trailer to this months ago and was really excited bc I watched ALSB, MG and Use for my Talent…
Exactly how I felt!!! I thought it was just me. While waiting for Falling into you episodes, I started watching this hoping to relieve my impatience & insanity of waiting. I tried, did not skip, reached ep. 6 but I felt nothing all throughout. Just flat. I have decided to drop and look for something else or rewatch Falling into you from ep. 1. Since you’ll power through, please let me know if it’s worth returning. 😁

Or maybe it’s just not my cup of tea. 🙁

YES! The fact that you love WAY, the more reason to watch! =)
I fell in love w/ WAY (ML) in Forever Love. Also watched To Fly w/ You and Dreaming back to Qing dynasty which were OK, gave them 8. But here, I love his micro/subtle facial expressions, his deep stares, that reckless/innocent boyish charm yet potent sex appeal, immaturity, and growth. I like that he’s able to embody that character, w/ shortcomings, imperfections, and growth. AND I really love the portrayal of the FL & ML’s attraction, muted but palpable at the same time. :)
I actually like this a lot more than WWL. I just feel that this is much more grounded. Definitely have flaws but regardless, I’m loving it. After many attempts w/ other dramas to move on from LBFAD, this is the only one I fell for. :)
Maybe, like what you said, as the drama progresses, you’ll like it more..? Let me know. :)

😭😭😭 I guess that would be better for me since I can’t help but watch instead of staying focused w/ work. Although I was really looking forward to ep. 17.

It was a joke. They met when ML is senior high, 18 and she was 26.

What is this with so many dramas where girls of women in their 20s or 30s haven’t had their first kiss?? Unrealistic
Yes. This can be tiresome if seen in several dramas. Although setting drama aside, it actually isn’t unrealistic or impossible for everyone. Obviously majority it is. We all have different background, culture, environment, belief, priorities, and the list can go on. I have a number of friends and cousins who never had their first kiss until early, mid, or late 20s. In fact, a friend of mine had hers when she was 30 and they got married a year later. I did not have my first kiss until I was 23. Maybe I was just too focused w/ school, friends, & stuff. Of course I went out, partied, had crushes, suitors but was too reluctant to date or take any action. Most of my friends are all experienced whether it’s dating, kissing, or more and they all teased me that I was too picky or that I’ll never get married. But I did.
