It is still ok by cdrama standards. Unfortunately the contrived coincidence trope had made an appearance when the FL trapped the Manyi. I hope the script gets tighter. I still enjoy the show and i'll just use Legends of the Female General as a low baseline for plot silliness.

I hope the politics arc is over by next episode and we move back to domestic lin family focus.As i expected this arc is the weakest so far. Everything moves at a frantic pace and as a result there are more plot holes.
