After rewatching the scene, I don't think he carried her, the shadow is the main giveaway. Also we should have seen some of LX loose clothing drape below his waist. Lastly, it would have been inappropriate for him to carry her to the maid quarters. What would they think, he wants to marry her? No way. Most likely , he called over some maids to help LX back to her quarters. The director is giving fan service without actually giving any, very naughty of her.
