I love the ML’s character development and the actor portrays him really well. I just hope it ends happily, or at least in a way that lets both leads find their own happiness.

In this series, Maeda Goki reminds me to the late Alan Rickman. So good-looking.

This drama shouldve ended at ep 7- 8. I’m curious what the scriptwriters were thinking when they decided to add the last 3 eps. It should have been a 7.5, but unfortunately, the final episodes brought it down to a 5.

Watched the donghua, and it’s really hard to find a live-action adaptation that does the donghua justice. Im so happy that Blood River is on par with its donghua version. The fight scenes and effects make me glad they brought it to life. I just hope they stay true to the plot.

A really good JDrama that doesn’t make you cringe. The topic is difficult, but it presents a different perspective that helps the viewer understand the issues better. Are there any recommendations for other JDramas worth watching like this one?

I dont understand why some ppl dislike Situ Ling. So far he's been really nice to Ming Yi and helped her many times. It is indeed that he likes her, but why hate him for liking her?

She used her powers previously to helped out Shuo Ruoqi from the neatherbeast and also helped JBZ escaped from Xun Ming....

She helped Er Shiqi and killed the neitherbeast..she already poisoned at that time too, i suppose.

It's kinda upsetting when Ming Yi did nothing when Ji Bozai got the lightning strike. She is a warrior god and she did nothing to help at all?? *Sigh*

My fave character so far is Pei Fei. He is stingy and hilarious at the same time lol 🤣
