Huge fan of the actress but this is the only one I’ve seen her in that had her needing help, I.e, kings woman, flames daughter, three lives and eternal love. Although, pretty Li was a different genre she has always carried her own in terms of making good decisions and standing on her own, no back up required.

Agreed. As an actress she is good but this script had her as a heroine that couldn’t survive on her own, every plot she came up with left her in need of rescue.

This is by far one of the worst dramas that I have ever watched. And I have watched a lot. First of all within this very very unusual drama you have a criminal who commits crime repeatedly and never get punished even though everyone knows that they were criminal. Everyone just casually pretends that nothing ever happened. Secondly we have an overly passive female lead who is suppose to be smart and strong but everything about her character reeks obliviousness, weakness and stupidity. Thirdly we have this weird out of the blue romantic interest of a child and guardian after years have passed. Not only was this awkward but it was also random and unsupported. Fourth, what shall I say we had that magic ending where we just assume that everyone lives happily ever after. No charges were pressed. We’re friends with the murderer of our parents. We marry people that we don’t really like and the end. This was just the strangest bunch of mess I’ve ever seen.

Reading the comments are the perfect updates. I get the feeling they’ll have a happily ever after on this one. In my opinion this show is beyond saving. There is no CPR, ELECTRIC SHOCK or MOUTH TO MOUTH that can revive this. No revelation. No drastic change. No new twist. No new love interest. I repeat NOTHING. “Episode 90” marked it for me, but I’m reading comments waiting for something good,

Agreed, but then he was mad again. I can’t say I blame him. Although she wants to do what’s right, her character often appears void of emotions in regards to those she loves which just makes her appear cold and unloving. At this point I don’t care who she ends of with or how it ends. It’s already a train wreck. Nothing will shock me about this drama. If she married the emperor i wouldn’t be surprised. She’ll convince herself she’s doing it in the name of justice so she can fix all the troubles, insert eye roll here!!

They seriously need to drop this romance #. I have never seen a couple who are also the leads spend as much time apart ever as I have seen in this series. it really feels like they spend 75% of their time apart. Not only that the poor communication and the assumptions are the leads in this drama. He jumps to conclusions, sometimes for good reason and she remains silent. I get more feels from my twisted couple than the leads.

I was excited after the first 3 episodes then it happened, the big no in my book: asking someone who likes you to be with someone else as a favor. Like they are a piece of property. I can feel where this is going now and I don’t think I like it. Who offers their lover up to help a friend. It’s mean and disrespectful.

I waited 80 episodes for someone to just tell the truth about 1 thing. 1 THING! All this stupid stuff happening because they won’t speak. This is so unrealistic, it’s not even funny. The script is far out there. I can’t think of anyone on earth or in drama land that would actually allow themselves to be bullied and manipulated while knowing that they have the power to take down the bully or at least suppress them. On another note I can’t think of any bully that will continue bullying knowing that the other people have the power to destroy them. This is doesn’t make sense.
To top it all off we have a Guardian who has add the blue develop feelings for the very elementary person that he took in and raised from such a young age. Let’s ignore the fact that he has an aged at all but the very thought of it seems quite uncomfortable. There is really no way to foil this. This guy was already an adult running a restaurant. He was most certainly not a teenager but probably in his 20s and she was a kid that looked about 8 years old.

Am I still watching? More like skimming. Why? I would like to see the father and daughter connect. What I recommend it? Nope. Whatever you watch it? Absolutely not.

I have never, ever, ever watched a series that is as twisted as this. The power is twisted, the parental relationships are twisted, the friendships are twisted and if I have to be completely honest the adults are now appearing twisted as well. Reason has left this series.

Chemistry? I’m looking for emotion! Both have blank faces the entire time.
