i dont mind if they are annoying at the start, but I read some comments saying FL is annoying at the end too.…
I disagree because the FL is VERRRY tsundere, especially at the beginning, it's part of what I found so funny about her. That is her personality though, she is cynical about men and emotionally unavailable and the ML is uppity and prickly.
When they do fall in love, she softens A LOT, is vulnerable with him and he becomes bold and relentlessly affectionate toward her. Like if anything, he really softens her edges over the course of the drama and she makes him go from a jerk to a loving man. I will eat up this dynamic for eternity.
The ending is what they are complaining about, but their conversation at the end I took to be very in character with her tsundere-ness. He tells her he wants to get married and have kids and she opposes marriage (not the kids) because she "does not like Korean marriage culture." She does not reject the idea outright, but you get the feeling that it will happen, she is just mentioning her reservations about it, but never says no. He even responds that they do not have to follow the culture.
Idk about others' opinions but I thought the character development was great. She goes from being a player to being regretful when it comes to bite her in the ass later. He goes from avoiding women altogether to not being able to keep his hands off of her and she takes all of his affection in stride. I loved this whole show to be honest, even the second leads and their cute development too. It is your choice whether to watch it, but as a connoisseur of these types of stories, I found it to be top-tier. Characters do not have to be perfect, because no one is.
Recently watched Till The End of the Moon and it is the closest I have felt to the way this drama left me. Like…
Yep, also check out My Dearest part 1 and 2. Came out last year and was phenomenal too. The writer based it on Gone with the Wind, so it is a meaty, heavy plot.

I have a lot to recommend, but if you click on my username and sort the list by rating, anything 10-9 stars I HIGHLY recommend and the genres can vary especially in the 10s. Also check out My Dearest parts 1 and 2 for similarity to Scarlet Heart.
This is a really good drama, the 2 main leads help each other develop, Kyung Sook, the attorney candidate has a heart of gold and it is really endearing how she and Do Hee become friends and her husband is such an awesome, supportive dude too.
This drama is too cute for words and the top notch, top-tier quality of acting in it, was not needed, was not expected, but so, so, so appreciated. Give it a watch, it is emotional where it needs to be, and endearing, sweet and a fantastic drama. The chemistry is fire as well.
Questions for today's survey ❗1. Story?2. Ending?3. Chemistry?4. Intimate/Kiss scene?
1.) Cute, it is about University students. 2.) Happy, although 2nd Lead couple could have had more umph to them. 3.) Very good, Cha Eun Woo was locked in, same thing in A Good Day To Be A Dog, mans was solid! hahaha 4.) Also very good, this actress is not afraid of smooching and as for the actor, refer to #3.
FYI: Found the 2022 Turkish remake of this and it's even better than the original (which I loved when I first…
I have been meaning to get into Turkish dramas and have only watched Cesur ve Guzel. Can you recommend your top 5? top 10? You can mix it up if you prefer, all genres are good.
I wanted both the main characters to marry and have kids .. is it too much to ask ??
There is a serious lack of ending with marriage and kids in dramas these days. It would just give you that cute little bow at the end that would complete things.
This drama equals summertime to me. Watched it during summer of the year it came out and it was just warm and slice of lifey and a comforting watch. Emotional but not in a tragic way.
They did not flesh out the secondary couples from the webtoon and that is really disappointing, because I like the Manager and Secretary relationship waaay better in the drama, and his sister's relationship with the chef is so cute in the webtoon. They missed the opportunity for perfection on this one. If all 3 couples had gotten complete storylines, this would have been a monster of a drama.
A quintessentially wonderful, lovely and well-done romantic comedy. I have not seen a rom-com this good in a very long time. The leads have wonderful chemistry once they get over all their personal flaws that make them initially unlikable. People grow and develop, so ignore the haters in the comments, who don't seem to understand how human nature works.
i feel like most watchers are too young to understand the struggles of marriage especially in these situations…
Same, think it is an age or experience thing. Like in the scene where he comes back from drinking with his friend/singing in the street and hesitates at her door...I took that as despite his bitterness, he still kind of wants her. Their marriage did not correct until they both started to focus on each other.
Kim SooHyun and Kim Jiwon are such great versatile actors . The way they portray every emotion is mind boggling…
The OST in this one was a killer! When the tunes come on my playlist, they hit so hard. In the drama itself, the music added a layer of emotion to already phenomenal acting and it is just A+.
People who enjoyed it despite its flaws found it well done overall, though the villain was a weak point. I loved…
He is one the few villains out here where his motivations made sense. He just wanted to be loved and kept being let down. Sure his reaction to rejection was terrible, but he was 100% a result of his circumstances.
The acting quality and chemistry from the leads alone, sells this drama. I just enjoy watching quality acting. Also the assembly of every single villain from every drama EVER was so amusing.
try out the beauty inside! sfl is super similar to seo dan (cold, rich girlboss type) and they also have a lot…
I ate up that entire storyline! Have you seen that actress in Search WWW? Her romance storyline in that one is even better. Skipped through most of that drama just to watch them lol
