I believe if you appoint a friend as a legal guardian, then that person can stand in for you. HW has been appointed by her and supported by her family as her legal guardian. There is no problem here.

She already did not want her parents to know about her being ill, and she asked for space to be with HW before surgery, from her family. They are adults that can make their own decisions, so her parents do not have to be there. And they are respecting her wishes. They are trying to make up for their ill treatment of her before, so they have been listening to her and trying to respect her even when they may want to act otherwise.

What do you think they should have done? Her husband went to Germany with her and can be trusted to be by her side. What else should they have done?

If it is about ES, let us remember that her family has no idea whatsoever that he is obsessed with her. Only HW knows that.

People are tired of the amnesia plot, so they may not consider this. It has been on my mind to say it since lol.

He did not accelerate it or break them up. She and Jailing were already not in contact before the bidding situation and that was because she was ignoring him. Even when they showed their chat room, there were so many messages from Jailing, but nothing from her. He even said so himself. And when she had that conversation with him under the rain, she said that he usually ran away when things got tough, that he had been doing that their entire relationship. So YZM was good for telling her some important truths, but we can't really say he had a hand in breaking them up.

ES is actually a bit dumb. HI is bound to find out he's lying. I don't know if he's doing this to have one week with her or he really believes he can have her forever. I mean, he is planning on returning to Korea with her instead of running away somewhere else. That is his biggest mistake. She was not a nobody and he could not get his hands on all the traces of her life with HW, so how does he expect to successfully pull this off?

Another thing that is funny is that he keeps on saying he's the one she needs and he's the one that will save her. But he was not searching everywhere and reaching out to everyone to find a cure for her like HW did. He did not fight tooth and nail to convince her to have surgery, he did not even make an attempt, like HW did. He has done absolutely NOTHING for her with regards to her illness. So how was he planning on saving her? By becoming her guardian? He's just a selfish and greedy imposter that likes to reap where others have sown.

It actually makes sense that HI would lose her memories after surgery. Her tumor is like a cloud in her brain, but it is quite concentrated in her frontal lobe, the part of the brain responsible for memory storage. This is actually one of the cases where the amnesia plot is not a stupid plot device. We can't expect her to have no side effects when her case is very difficult to treat because of how widespread it is.

You guys should not worry about Soocheol. He had a bruise around his eye and bruises on his lips. That means he was in a fist fight. He has been learning how to take hits and how to land a successful punch, so this should be where they show the result of what he has learnt. And in the trailer, it did not look like he was hit by the truck, plus he didi not look like he was dying in Da He's arms, just that he was injured or a bit weak. So he'll be fine.

Exactly. And to go through that as an adult is very difficult. Imagine that you see pictures and people keep talking about things you did, but you cannot join in their feelings because you have no memory of any of it whatsoever.

I think she was at the brink of getting to another level or remaining there. She was working towards a promotion, so she would have gotten a salary increase.
She would have ended up breaking up with Jailing without YZM because his interference was not really concerning her. Before the issue at the bid, she had already been very distant with him. She was not replying his messages or anything. But she was just holding out.

Her memories being lost is losing half of herself. She will lose everything that made her and only keep her body. And she won't even know. All the memories she made with her loved ones. Everything with the person she loves the most. That is incredibly painful to think about.
Also, can you imagine waking up as a full grown human without any memories? You have to learn everything from scratch. Who you are and everything.

I think you have the wrong assumption. Just because they did not show her working for 7 years, you assume she had no growth. She was obviously promoted a number of times in those 7 years. Her immediate boss recognised her diligence and defended her. He said a number of times how much he valued her as an employee. How would the company have kept her without a promotion for 7 years, unless she had an enemy in management.
Also, she had a good position and salary that working in the apartments was a demotion for her. And when YZM said she had earned a promotion, the position she was being considered for was Manager. She was a senior assistant manager already. Would you say that she got that position on entry into the establishment?

YZM did not trigger her growth. She has been growing before he came. She was always good at handling customers before his arrival and did so well at her job that her colleague was threatened by her and tried to set her up a couple of times. You could say that he has been a good influence in reminding her of some things she may have overlooked or forgotten. But he usually just makes a comment and then she is quick enough to figure out a new way to do things. This happens to everyone. In this journey of life, we cannot do everything on our own. We will learn from various people and receive help from them along the way. What is important is that on our own part, we work very diligently.

YX is very aware lol. It is just that he actually loves his uncle. I believe that beneath all that scheming and distrust, the emperor has affection for YX too. He is definitely his favourite person.

From the calendar, it seems the heartbreak is coming on Tuesday. I'm so happy because I have been waiting for it. Since there is still a lot of the tory they have not yet told, and in the trailers you can see that HZ and YX are together in those parts, I am hopeful that the breakup will be short. They may reconcile by ep 35.

I am most definitely not excusing her. Never. But a lot of people do not understand why she operates this way. Like they do not see what made her act like this and that is what I tried to explain. To show how her situation affected everything she did and because on top of it all, she was given too much power and enabled for so long, her mind has been seemingly permanently altered to be like this. So it is hard to change that. But it can and must be done. She has to be properly called out and made to face the consequences of her actions.
