I did want to do a clean-up of this list and only keep genuinely deep-voiced celebs but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I will just scan and remove the men who have no trace of Deep Voices.
And yes I hope there's a list for girls + a separate one for Chinese, Japanese, etc. celebs. Not sure if I will do it anytime soon but maybe some time later I might.

I haven't watched Cdrama so I cannot vote. But I can tell you about my impression as a non-Cdrama viewer since you mentioned that you are collecting information on this topic.
Whenever I go to YouTube to watch Romantic scenes in Asian Dramas, almost all clips from Cdramas, to me, feels very rough and non-consensual. Even in the most supposedly sweetest scenes, there's always a little hand-grabbing that's too tight or a push and pull that wouldn't feel so romantic if you were actually there. If it's a situation where the Girl or the Uke (Submissive Guy in BL) is allowing that roughness to happen, then they should mention that he or she is okay with it. That obviously doesn't happen. This is the biggest reason why I avoid Cdramas. (And I'm 25 years old btw. I know what "rough and romantic" is XDXDXD but despite of that......or maybe because of that, the Cdrama scenes feel like a major turn-off due to so much Non-consensual Male dominating roles) I hope this info helps.

I told myself "Isn't it better to listen to the music clearly on your earphones rather than stand in a crowded sticky area and not even hear things clearly?" (Maybe my introverted side didn't fancy sharing feelings with random strangers) But when I saw a clip of Namjoon's Do You in the All Force One Concert, he seemed to be having so much fun. IDK how to word this properly but he looked like his most genuine self, giving in all his heart and soul. He even mentioned that this was the day he debuted personally in a tiny vlog.

I just sat randomly at 12pm in front of my laptop just expecting to stare at his beautiful face and listen to amazing rap (albeit a bit unclear music as I had presumed). BTW his style seemed so suitable, I loved his hair and his baggy shirt and shorts ʕ ´♥ᴥ♥`ʔ
But as it went on and on, I felt like I was becoming one with the concert. I felt like I was standing there among the audience. His energy and stage presence was so powerful and mesmerizing, I was truly captivated by him. When he hyped the audience, I began to feel hyped. When he told the audience to sing along, I began singing along. I noticed myself raising my hands involuntarily and swaying to his rhythm. When the final break began, my breath was irregular and I was feeling so exhilarated and even broke into a sweat.......WOW.....wow.....*exhale

I want the virtual records to know that I had such an amazing concert-like experience thanks to this rapper named RM (something I had never felt before); that in those 33 minutes, I felt the most connected to my one & only celebrity crush. That's why the pictures from that concert are my most favourite pictures of Joon <3

I don't feel bad about shows I drop because I have only so much time and there are much better shows and movies out there along with new ones releasing every year. So why spend our precious time on mediocre?
My process is simple, I watch 3 episodes to decide if I'm dropping the show or not. From all the dropped shows so far (including Non-Asian series), it's always been the 3rd episode. I've always got a "bored" feeling on the 1st episode itself but it could get better in the 2nd so I keep going. Still seems okay but I want to give it one last chance to convince me. By 3rd episode I'm sure that I'm dropping it.
