can you maybe explain to me the last Sequenz in the desert with the necklace ? was it dream ? I don’t get why he’d bury the necklace that reminds him of the love of his life. also… if he’s still alive why isn’t he with or or at least close to her like they promised ? I’m so unsatisfied

He also said he wouldn’t run away with her, but that she should continue her political work, and he would always be with her.
