Thank you for these wonderful updates. The fact such an accomplished artist decided to participate in this project speaks volumes. I doubt CLJ would take any old script, so it's hard not to get excited.

I'm enjoying a number of things about this drama, but there is one thing I cannot stand — Zhou Ye's acting. She's a model masquerading as an actor. It's painful watching her attempt to carry large portions of the show.

Looking forward to her appearance in "The Doll Game." It looks like a great little role 🎭.

It goes to show the domestic audience aren't dummies. If you produce low quality content with so-so acting and appalling writing — then, why not just replace it with AI? I saw that article on the main page about an AI feature. The comments were attacking the project and referring to it as "AI slop" — which it most certainly is. However, let's not pretend humans aren't perfectly capable of slop generation. The late Harold Bloom, Yale professor and literary critic, famously referred to J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter" novels as "slop!"

JF will be his best chance to reach a wider audience. Wang Qianyuan is a pedigree actor and doesn't rely on traffic generation and fan engagement to create interest in his projects. If WXY performs well alongside him, people will take notice.

Fantastic summary of her amazing talents, and journey into uncharted waters. Seeing the wild fanfare, it's clear many will be accompanying her along the way with whatever project she takes on — be it stage, film, or long-form drama.

This sounds like an event not to be missed. I will make it a priority and move it to the top of 2027's most anticipated list.

Fingers crossed it airs soon. However, I fear it will get lost in the backlog. The market is definitely tough now, and dramas need to find ways to stand out in the crowd.

I'm hoping WXY's drama JF will introduce him to a wider multi-generational audience.
