Lol. I give them props for executing a couple of overused tropes well. (1) Amnesia: If you're going to use it, make it brief. Don't employ it as a multi-episode story driver. (2) An elaborate sting operation: Every other drama uses this concept, which becomes a little tiresome. But at least KTTPH delivered it in a clever and believable way. Probably one of the better ones off the top of my head. Well, outside the operation in the actual movie called "The Sting."
I seen this elaborate sting trope 10 million times. But this is by far the best execution of it that I've ever witnessed. No dragged out lying to the FL. Everyone onboard. Convincing.
