Not sure if you've seen One and Only (masterpiece too), Forever and Ever or Arsenal Military...I think she has…
Will do. I'll add it to my watchlist and give it priority. I see this is what the buzz was about regarding their new play. He has finally graduated to Lulu's FML after playing second fiddle twice. 🤭
I’ve been a BaiLu fan since “The King Is Not Easy” and haven’t looked back. So, I really like and appreciate…
Their relationship is actually one of my favourites in Cdrama. I really love the way the male characters were written in Northward. Even SXC briefly as the third wheel was enjoyable. He never became sulky or obsessive. He just moved forward with his life and remained a true friend. His exchange with XFH, where she wished him happiness and true love, and he wished her long life and happiness with XWH was so touching. It was beautifully done.

😁 Yes, me too. I absolutely adore WXY. He just has such a masculine aura. Pair that aura with phenomenal talent and you get fireworks on screen. He's the type writers and directors can craft new stories around. I'd actually really love to see him in a hero's journey type of role with him physically, along with his development as the primary focus.

She certainly has a real screen presence and charisma. It should always be given a little room to be expressed. I'm looking forward to Feud (2025) with JZ. So, I'll definitely pop into that comment section when it airs. 😊
Finished. I adore this drama. I absolutely loved every second. I feel like I've met many of these characters before. Everyone is just so real and relatable. I loved the struggles, failures, and successes. I connect with the desire to always move forward, no matter the difficulty. Beautifully written, beautifully shot, beautifully acted. It all came together to create something special.
Finally, Lulu has won me over. I was a doubter. Not sure if I truly believed she was a great actor. More of a star than a performer. I actually didn't like her in TSOKP. I thought the role was too complex for her. But then I saw her in TTEOTM, and I loved her in it. I caught her again in MM, once again, see was amazing. Maybe I was wrong, but maybe not. Perhaps Xianxia fantasy is where she excels and does her best work. Perhaps it when she steps outside, she struggles. When I saw the trailer for this, I got excited. This is the one I've been waiting for. I knew Northward would answer that question, and answer it did. She was simply flawless and delivered a complete and thorough performance. Depth and nuance, she gave it all. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. 👏👏👏
I think I owe it to her to give TSOKP another try. I might have been a little harsh . But there is no doubt that after Northward, I'm a true believer in the abilities of Lulu. I'll never doubt again. 😁
Yess I'm so excited ☺️ but I can't believe we're gonna have to wait until end of the year 😔
Yes. It's going to be a long wait. But so far 2025 has been kind / generous. Out of the five dramas I've watched, I only really didn't like one of them. If 2025 keeps it up, LITC will be here in no time. 😁
Finished episode 9. Wow! What a roller-coaster. Highly humorous, dark and heavy, beautiful and sweet. It had it all. Lulu is really putting in work. I've been loving her bullish and bold tomboy role. However, her sudden change to vulnerable within this episode was really something else. Great acting. XWH is the hero of the day ❤️. I'm glad he didn't listen this time.
Tbh, I believe it's because the cdrama side of mdl has an obvious bias towards costume dramas. CDs tend to get inflated ratings here while real drama gets undervalued.
Started late. At episode 8. I'm really enjoying this one. I knew I would. This is proper drama, there is no other way to put it. I think this is going to be the drama that really converts me into a true believer in Bai Lu.
Let's make a bold prediction. Post 2000s talent will be better than pre 2000s talent. This may very well be China's…
Yes. It's all very exciting. They've accumulated talent in all the right places. It feels like the industry is ready to explode with new ideas and things that have never been seen before.
No, I haven't seen those. I'll check them out. Thank you 😊
