Lol. I'm about ready to give up on trying to predict what Youku is going to do next. There are rumours on The…
Yes, you are right. L&C could certainly be the next drama released in the second half of the month (June / July transition). There will be some overlap for those who don't purchase the express. But, typically, they don't set their big dramas up to compete with each other (although Tencent may be different). IQIYI did air their Light On short drama Drifting Away while Moonlight Mystique was playing. Jinmai's short crime drama reached a heat index of 10000, which I don't think MM achieved. But, I don't remember IQIYI or Youku ever starting two highly anticipated long dramas (both LAC & TSROO have surpassed 1M reservations), let's say, a week apart or even halfway through.

Apparently The Seven Relics of Omen or Love and Crown
TSROO is confirmed now. June 8th. Hopefully, HS hits 1M reservations soon. I know it's getting close. That should prompt Youku to release it. Although, credit to Youku for finally moving things along and releasing these anticipated dramas (Omen is also on my WL).

Do you know the nature of the complaint? (Or is it plagiarism related again?)
Hopefully, it gets resolved quickly, and doesn't snowball like what happened with the Cheng Yi drama TJOL (which I think they finally resolved).

Usually they don't air anticipated dramas at the same time. It doesn't matter if they are modern or costume dramas.

PS... TSROO has been confirmed as June's airing drama (8th).

I read rumour has it that this will follow this month. Hopefully it’s true!

nop, but according to rumours, "Love and Crown" will follow this month 😭 the wait is very longer than expected
June rumours are also being dropped on The Seven Relics of Omen page. Typical Youku, you never know what's going on.

Title Feud
the highest tier VIP (premium) gives the final express episodes. the subs are usually good, I think better than…
Lol. Youku & Tencent are so stingy making you pay again. Yes, this is IQIYI's greatest strength. Also, Youku doesn't have a skip function for intros & outros.

Tags should be psychological thriller not mystery and sci fi
Yes, the tags are a little misleading. There is a mystery element, but not in the way most would expect. Arthouse / experimental tags also fit this drama. Luckily, as the drama progressed towards its end, it moved in the direction of clarity. Had it remained purely in the experience space and provided an ending that was open to interpretation (was it real or imagined), many people would've had a fit.

I probably would have enjoyed that type of ending, too. πŸ˜„

Title What a Wonderful World Spoiler
That butterfly representing the fragility of their time together.
The brief scenes with his sister in episodes 7 and 8 were also extremely moving when viewed together in context. The first encounter was in the convenience store (ep. 7), where we met her as a helpful stranger who showed unusual kindness and concern for him. Only to be dismissed by Xu Tian as an annoying busybody that he refers to as crazy (the irony). Then, we meet her again in (ep. 8) when she picks him up from the hospital, and we discover her real identity. It's particularly jarring as we see her fatigue and the impact that his mental illnesses have had, not only on his life, but also the lives of those closest to him. She's at her breaking point, and has been trying to help him on his road to recovery for some time, in what is most likely a thankless task. It seems she's had enough, and won't help him anymore (at least for the foreseeable future). He is well and truly on his own now. πŸ˜₯

that thought did cross my mind especially when the masked man is masked lol
With the level of planning in LOZH, I am really starting to believe in this possibility. ZN being selected as the perfect candidate who fits the psychological profile required to become ZH and successfully complete the mission.

Love flowers blossom in a vengeful desert 🌸 β™₯️. I hate to bring it up, but XAT needs to remember that if a baby is born, it won't look like Xiao Zhan 😏 πŸ˜‰ .

At ep. 30 (nearly finished). I am starting to have concerns that Zang Hai has been manipulated (due to hatred) and used as an instrument to get rid of the competition for the Gui Seal, and to find it, by his real enemy.

Title What a Wonderful World Spoiler
I really wish I never saw the original spoiler synopsis. I would've loved to have walked into this masterpiece's finale completely blind. The final take seems to be that he was cured to the point of functionality. But one can never be completely cured. Now he cohabits his body with his last remaining alter. Perhaps I should say, his most beloved alter.

What a truly wonderful experience ❀️ .

Dude is an absolute serial killer. He just collecting trophies. I won't lie though when he was down there I was…
I've just completed episodes 28 and 29. Zang Hai has really set new standards for historical dramas. I'm actually afraid LOZH is going to ruin the viewing experience for future historical dramas. Every aspect has been first-rate. The battle sequences are fused with realism and tactics. The dramatic / emotional sequences are realistic and complex. Every time I sit down to begin a future HD, LOZH will be my baseline.

Title Legend of Zang Hai Spoiler
A truly beautiful death worthy of warrior lord Pingjin 😒. ZZX will make you proud and restore honour to the family name. I get a strong sense of an underlying theme relating to the children of the new generation improving conditions and righting the wrongs of generations past.

ZH takes a step forward on the difficult road to justice (revenge is never enough). He didn't thoroughly enjoy the death of MPJ, in part due to his relationship with ZZX. This was a touching moment where we saw concrete proof ZH's humanity is not gone.Β

Eunuch Cao has been stung, and more formidable foes have arrived on the scene looking to halt the rise of Zang Hai, but at this point, I feel they are the ones who are in danger.
