That is actually insane. 🤦♀️😥 I have to really be honest here and say that the Chinese movie-making (dramas included) industry is honestly so toxic. I fully support actors because some are insanely out of this world talented, but what you are saying is just awful.
And yeah I did hear about that from Princess Royal when it was first airing, which honestly caused me to have no interest in watching it.
My only problem with this show for now is there are so many people relevant to the story and thus so many names…

Omg I get you, but you definitely want to watch the in-between eps. This is one of those few dramas that are so good that there's new stuff happening in every single episode--you don't want to miss anything, believe me!
