Respectfully, whoever is ācreativelyā responsible for this strange and pointless garbage fire should consider a different career path. Iāve seen better productions from first year film students than whatever this wants to be.
I read a number of threads detailing the "issues" with the novel author and her work but I'm still not grasping why it's series cancellation worthy. Is this just a big deal in Thailand? Because here in the states there have been a lot of fanfics with authors who later got publishing deals and/or screen adaptations of their works and even with the obligatory name changes most never really hid who their original characters were inspired by and/or based on.
Basis for the characters aside, isn't the story itself still original? It's not like the people she based her characters on are actual time travelers or whatever. From what I understand, she didn't plagiarize anything story wise and isn't it the story that matters? Seems more like an issue of her using one's likeness for her concepts.
WAIT, why did Tar and Tum decide to do massive plastics surgeries, as evident in how they look in this series…
I could be wrong but I believe Mame licensed the rights to LBC novels to another entity and then created her own production company (MeMindY) to make TT, and has since continued to produce her own works herself through that. Could be she didnāt agree with some of the casting choices in LBC to continue on with them or said actors were under contract with specific studios and therefore couldnāt appear in her self-produced series, hence recasting.
With that said, she did recast Phu and Cir who first appeared in TT7YoL and would later have their own series The Boy Next World, but she has otherwise kept all other crossover characters/actors the same and cohesive throughout her self-produced series since TT. I donāt think TBNW novel had even been written at the time of TT7YoL though so her vision for those characters could have changed in the process of her writing the novel or were maybe recast due to age, as the actors in those roles originally were likely too old to play younger versions of themselves years later since TBNW plays out sometime in-between the 7 years prior to TT7YoL, if that makes sense.
Sad that that scene was only marketing... or hopefully its in the very last episode somehow. There have been many…
I hope we get to see at least part of it but I suspect it was just test footage or something because the tattoo on Pheemās upper back was noticeably MIA š
Iāve seen vertical shorts better (in all the ways) than this. Itās so bad I feel like Iām wasting my time watching even though the episodes are so short.
I just realized we never got the scene of Pheem + Than aggressively pushing each other into walls before shirt buttons went flying or their rooftop gun baring standoff. There was also a scene where Than looked to have been washing clothes on the roof when Pheem comes up behind him. Why did they tease these scenes only to end up gatekeeping them š
Pheem + Chet need to team up and take Risa OUT! If not, then I hope daddy dearest is alive and shames her into oblivion. Whatever the case, she needs to pay! I'm so tired of her.

I feel for the actors.

Maybe there's a part I'm still missing though.
