While LUF censored XY & CX blood connection from the script, the other didn't.
I completely forgot that JLQ planned to marry LLH, who is her unknown cousin, & DFS. I bet if she learned their blood connection, she'll be even more pissed off cause her man had eyes on her famous relative & go "What does my little cousin have that I don't." or "I will never acknowledge you as family because you have taken away my DFS." while LLH will say "Haah, suck to be related to a crazy woman like you."
That was a really nice scene with good closure, too.
That was the closest LGTB women support I've seen in c-drama. The Director did work in Immortal Samsara and I'm possibly the only few who enjoyed Cheng Yi & Zang Rui characters' bromance along with their trio leads. I'm glad he directed this scene where neither the characters were disgusted with the groom's identity and were very supportive with her/his determination to fulfill her goal

MLC almost achieved the LGTB we never thought to see. A gender bending Yuri Wedding. Too bad it was short live, & the bride sort of accept her groom is her husband despite being a woman and she'll decide the punishment. The two seemed to have real feelings to each other before the groom dies
I love FDB sees his father for who he truly is and knows he was treated like a prize trophy to win against LLH. His parents/ uncle & aunts raised him with love & care. An almost Yuri gender bending wedding in c-drama, if it weren't for the censorship, this would hit the rating sky high. I love the idea. that aunt still claims her "lady" as her husband after the revelation showed that she might had loved her for real & vice versa
Today's episode was devastating for LLH in terms of friends & surroundings. He saw the 2 best friends reunited and Lu promised to find Jin the cure no matter what foreshadows the future of his circumstances. Unlike him, no one bothered to know if he was alive for 10 years or his senior brother lied to him all these years possibly out of greed before he died. That's when his most admired future disciple & his frenemy started to be with him for their promise to find him a cure, building the bond he wished to have
