Where and what exactly is Lishan? Is it the academy? Is that the mountain she speaks of, where she lived for 8…
Lishan is an academy for scholars and students. Its on a mountain hence a little isolated. Yes she lived there for 8 years. Her mother was the daughter of the headmaster of Lishan.
Since when was this show about her being a very famous actress? This wasn't about her achieving dreams and success…
Exactly. Consistency is more important than anything. Just because its a female lead, so she would wear the best clothes, look the best, even if it doesn't go with her character, plot etc, doesn't seem right to me at all.
how's the drama so far? is the politics very messy?
You are finally here.
The pacing is really slow and steady, and gives you time to breathe, so the politics doesn't confuse you. It takes time but I think till ep 6 it gives you a basic idea, but again doesn't clear everything because we have 100 questions. Watch till episode 5 to form an opinion, because episode 4 was the turning point.
I am happy about that one being dropped. But I am angry about the intense competition MoLi has to face. Today Ding Yuxi's drama dropped, okay rival platform. But Love has fireworks?? Its of Tencent and iQiyi both. Why clash your own dramas. In May we all were sleeping.
I posted the link of their live of the day of premiere before with Eng Sub. Did you check that? We should get this too. One live, and 2 events. Live one will get for sure. Events I am not sure. But I will post it here if we get it .
I thought cousins. But I think they are uncle and nephew. King and Prince Ding are cousins (as said by King himself).…
In the novel the late king had willed his throne to Mo Xiu Yao. But in the novel king was not so good, was a old guy with queens and children, so novel might not take that route.
