Also my theory including many others, is that its not time travel but reincarnation, and she just doesn't remember Shin Seori currently. Maybe that's why even when she is being Danshim, her posture, or behaviour likely match to a modern woman Shin Seori.
But about what you said about posture, you are speaking reality. This drama has no relation with that. This is just humour, comedy and romance, purely fantasy based. Taste differs between people and its okay. Maybe this isn't for you.
Maybe if you like her as an actress, you can try Tale of Lady Ok. That was a very serious historical drama.

That only Yeli knows and she can tell when the drama airs, lol. Considering the novel did not have this plot, I cannot really say. But based on the trailers, she does have trauma, like there was a scene in a forest, where she has a knife and is supposedly killing a non existent person, and crying, but when ML calls her, she gets out of her trance, cries and hugs him. In this scene they seemed in love, so idk if she is still pretending or not.
But yes as you said, his paralysis as well as her schizophrenia can be healing dynamics between them.

Guys, I don't if you are aware, but Yeli and Mo Xiu Yao are referred with particular fruits. Yeli as 🍐& Mo Xiu Yao as🍆. So fans have been sharing many fun animations and memes, and its really funny. I will share them.

Novel did not have fantasy at all. But the drama though an adaptation, has made many changes. But if I just have to answer this looking at the trailer, I think its because FL has Schizophrenia. There are scenes in the trailer where she sees non existent people. Maybe that's why there is a fantasy tag.
Edit- Oops, I forgot. Novel did have fantasy, the FL had transmigrated from the future, completely unnecessary to the plot though. The drama has changed it.

Bai Lu said in her live stream that when she and Leizi heard the song, it totally made them remember Mo Xiu Yao and Yeli and their journey. They also had a lot of fun singing that together in Hi6 episode, and the live audience loved it.
But she never said they actually sang the OST in the drama. I am not 100% sure about this, maybe someone else can confirm as well.

I think Cheng Lei and Bai Lu only sang few lines from the OST together in Hello Saturday which would be shown when that episode releases. But the actual OST in the drama is not sung by them.
