I liked very much the ending. Good character development , great writting. The only thing I did not enjoyed and made me rate this a bit lower than initially expected was the mom arc , which was typical +9999999...999 C modern dramas and draggy. This one was qinda unique till that point

Well is not like this is Nirvana in fire , the longest day in changan or the wind blows from lonxi. Pretty easy flow and backstories, nothing one can not understand. I just did not found it funny nor interesting ( same as white cat legend or follow your heart for example) so a drop for me. But that does not mean others might not enjoy it.

I actually got his point coz they asked for an investment. Investment is all about getting profits. He would not have been in character if he would not answer as he did which was actually very argumentative . I liked that they did not made him forget his business values for Xiuya as probably 99% dramas would do. If they asked for a donation that would have been stg different.

In the link you provided was it confirmed all parts of legend of heroes are dropped or only one? If only one that could be the reason. As you can see this page includes or stories ( different drama releases who have also their separat pages ) 60 episodes
