After binging last 5 eps, I am upset they downgraded another drama that I liked in first half 🤬🙈 But let's start with the positive : ✅️LYX was hot 🔥🔥🔥 ✅️ up to final part the cases were interesting and kept open your curiosity for more ✅️ the acting was good ✅️ very much enjoyed the team dynamics ✅️ pacing was also good for me till ep 19 ✅️ fights and police play were realistic . Chinese police made mistakes too.
Could have ignored if the ending was good : -plot holes in some cases ( like the one where the spider lady wrapped herself alone in plastic )
Negatives : ⛔️ the fact they cut the FL from the drama in last episodes and not show her not even in finale was a big no for me. Unless she was involved in a sort of a scandal or illness can not explain why they simply canceled her ⛔️ the end villains. So weak. So lame. Was expecting someone brilliant and we got this ?? A teacher that creates drugs to save his wife but order others to eliminate their partners because sentimentality achives nothing?? 🤡🤡🤡 ⛔️ pacing in some of last episodes. For example ep.19 felt as a filler with many flashbacks and a sort of a summary of previous cases. ⛔️ the fact that each people police discovered ( as in case and clue ) died ,was interesting in first half of the drama. But doing same thing till literaly last 2 episodes turned the plot into repeat/ boring / predictable ⛔️ Han undercover scenes and outfits, what even ? He gets injected with most dangerous drug, get's splashed with water and he is 💯ok in 3 secs?? 😆🤣 I do not know if I should laugh or cry
Overall was a nice watch, good in first part, dissapointing in second one. If you do not watch crime dramas/thrillers on a weekly basis I would recommend it. Probably will enjoy it more than me, who is expecting more from this genre. 7/10

I also felt Akane mistook admiration for love when it comes to Naoki. And same, Naoki 's kiss had less feelings than him being princess carried by Sho. Did not dislike Akane as a character though just didn't felt their romance. Glad it worked out for you and enjoyed it a bit better !
You are right, the Master Hong makes more sense. Though I wouldn't like to be him. Would be predictable if he betrays the king of Tienmo for his 2 disciples. And this drama was no predictable till now so hope it doesn't start in last arc 😆
For me is Rurouni Kenshin meets Alice in Borderland
I am not gonna debate. Just stating my opinion. Rurouni Kenshin is still a samurai who also struggled with pts and drawing his sword. And I do hope this one will also have mind games not only fights 🤞
