If you watched Ossan's Love the TV show before you watched this one, you know exactly to expect from this!!! This one is as awesome as the first TV adaptation! I don't know if I like this one more than the first one because it has been too much time in between watching them, but they both come close in which one's better. I enjoyed it all the way through!
I think it's silly that actors which have 25-30 years old- play teenagers.
I think you should check the ages of every movie and TV show ever and see if the character being played matches the age of the actor.. You'd be surprised how many don't match. Who cares what their real ages are? If they look the part, it's all good.

Of course followers do not equal talent. But usually you become popular for a reason. She is known for her acting. She isn't worshipped as some angel or something. I guess we just have to agree with disagree.

Recently in Theory of Love he did play a different type of character, but Mild has played a larger variety of roles showing versatility.

But that took me on a rollercoaster of emotions. The story was very well written because while it makes no sense, I was shocked, scared, happy, or sad at every point in the story. I enjoyed the story so much.
Those who gave it a 10 definitely enjoyed the angst of the show and maybe they shipped Pun and P'Sib, so they were very satisfied with the ending.
It does not align with all my tastes, so I cannot give it a 10. But I understand those who did. The story is awesome!

I just have to disagree with what you said about Japan. I like what you call "crappy" films a lot! For me the older the better for Japanese stuff which is funny because you said the exact opposite.
I love Pornographer that you mentioned and pretty much any Japanese movie that isn't the one where the guy dresses as a girl.. I think that movie was very shallow and lacked a deep connection between the characters.
I think our tastes are so different because I love Thai stuff too, but I hate the str8 guys and girlfriends and never ending fighting and conflict.. Hate conflict. Just make the guys gay. That's one thing the West actually does better than Asia!
For Taiwan and China there are many gems in both, but the countries as a whole just do not grab my heart like Thailand and Japan.
