Notes to self: Netflix has all the extended episodes, but not the BONUS ep at end. Viki Rakuten does NOT have the beautiful extended eps, but it DOES have the BONUS ep at end. Youku's Youtube site has all the extended eps (free) and the BONUS (paid) at end. Any updated from any others?

Expanded episode 12 is so GOOD. Definitely worth it.

The person you loved died THREE years ago. That same person also stabbed you and killed you. That is hella HARSH. I mean.....how can you be with someone after? Even married couples have the 'until death do us part'....and they weren't even married yet :D

I totally understand Uk learning to move on and eventually being open to attempt to love again. You shouldn't have to live the rest of your life alone and in sorrow; that is too painful. Also.....he totally just falls in love with Naksu again.....so it is funny to me. You love who you love, I guess. Reminds me of DNA Says I Love You, where one character totally fell for the same person TWICE despite their outward appearance and behavior.

Remember all the flashbacks Seo had of the Naksu he remembered (with the bird whistle)? Same actress.

People always complain the loudest, but are quiet when happy. Obviously any complaints are a loud minority :)

I feel like the world building part is slowly given to you as the series progresses. You learn more as you go on how this world and its magic works. If they give it to you all at once, it would ruin the plot.

Sorry I am late to the party! But can anyone(s) let me know 1) the names of the beginning song and 2) the up-beat ending song (the one only played occassionally with rock beat). Can I find these on itunes?

Some of this is cultural differences. Western audiences need to be more understanding of Eastern cultures.

The intro is so good. I have to watch it EVERY TIME.

I LOVED a Korean Odyssey. I also love this series Black. I feel like if you similar to me, you may enjoy it. The mythology is pretty cool in Black. I do feel like the love story in Korean Odyssey is Waaaaaay better, but I also feel like Black is NOT meant to be a love story whereas in Korean Odyssey it was the main focus....the romance is just a little tossed in. in black. Watch it more for the interesting ride that it is as a horror/supernatural thriller....picks up speed like in ep 6/7/8.....one of those....... :)

What is your definition of a 'happy ending' in a horror/drama/supernatural thriller series?

I feel like since she is an outcast in society....that she is meant to be a bit annoying in a way.

Imma be honest. In first ep, I thought the ML (before he become the 'Black' character) was MORE annoying than the FL. :D :D :D :D
