Hot take!! I'm sorry even tho I said I love their chemistry I dunno why I cannot feel DZT's love for Gan Yang!! The ML is downbad for her since D-1 and doing all sorts of things for her and their relationship (am not counting) but on the other hand the FL is just so unexpressive. She's yet to convince me that she is ACTUALLY in love with him and not just fascinated by his acts of service😔! I understand her stand and all the work pressure she's under to provide for her mother so that they can live a good life but amidst all that I am still waiting to see her love languages towards Gan Yang.
If you decide to give a drama your time you should let it marinate for atleast 3-4 episodes before forming opinions. It truly baffled me when people called it trash on Ep 1 itself 😑! The drama is not even halfway completed and people are downrating it already smh🥱..
P.S Chen Feiyu and Zhuang Dafei's chemistry is overflowing both on and off screen and I love to see it. Am sooo ready for all the fluff they have to offer before the angst sweeps in🥺.
I like this drama and I love Gan Yang but the 3 characters that totally flare up my anger issues are :- 1) DZT : I know her backstory so she gets my sympathy but boy why is she involving money in every matter? Paying your share of gas fare when you are ill and GY is helping you out all while going in the same direction was bizzare to me. If she was so into paying up money each time she rides with someone how come when that pervert director or something helped her get to the mountain I didn't see none of the gas money she's supposed to handover😑smh. Also how could she let a stranger's words outweigh everything that GY has done for her this far? She goes on to giving him a cold shoulder even tho she knows he's not the one to blame. Tong Tong girl I really adore you so please get your shit together asap😮💨!
2) Feng Sheng : Boy o Boy that guy just infuriates me!!!! Bro needs to take Architecture 101 lessons so that he could stay in his OWN space rather than invading the lane of our leads. Get a life bro!!!
3) Childhood Liar Snake : Girl be yapping lies all over to hurt DZT and ruin GY's proposal was so wicked of her!!! I hope GY rejects her and bursts her delulu bubble. Within a min of her screen presence I was throwing out punches Argh😑!
