For those reasons you're probably right. But for me I think he could just be the right person for her. Zhao Heng is street smart and due to his upbringing it seems he knows a thing or two about life. Tianna needs someone like him and in last ep. he showed why. She needs someone authentic, who calls her out on her bullsh*** but also caring and stable. My only concern is how ZH might be doing the very same thing he accused her of...and that is assuming she is fine after an incident when in actuality she is not (talking about this presentation etc). But then again he is not obligated to care. Overall I think they might work if both are willing and it's giving fire and ice dynamic.
Well Richard, that's what you get for being all ambiguous with your feelings for her. XC asked him point blank whether he liked her and how did he respond...well simply put, in a philosophical way. So does he really think an incredible gal like XC is invisible...hehehe If he sees how special she is, guess what, so will other guys and she will go to dinner when asked (kudos to XC for that). I really really love how XC is navigating this ambiguous some some they have and how she is not shutting herself out. Even though I'm guessing she might have turned down that guy or not really, I'm glad she agreed to go have dinner with him. Oh some of you lot might be wondering...well, it's just dinner as friends. Well which one cause we had quite a number of funerals here. And tbh, I didn't feel much about either. But the faces of those 4 stooges at the wedding when they realised, Not today..left me LOL. And the camera kept going back and forth from our OTP getting married and their faces.. 🤣🤣🤣 That scene will live rent free in my heart.
Xie family drama is like Eastenders (soap) in England 😄😄 Like every single day is some crazy osh waiting to happen from a member of Xie household. That's why I never skipped their secenes cause it felt like missing a day in their life.
Rational life was very long it took me so long to finish it. I found many scenes were boring. I am pretty confident…
Interesting because contrary to you...those parts are what make The Rational Life great. I guess for me all the FL character's experiences at work with her mother and bestie brought depth into my understanding on why she ends up with ML. Yes, one can say, it's just an older woman and a younger guy so what the big deal. But for me, all those "boring" experiences made me fully convinced that only ML was right for her in the end. Ultimately I think you are right from your standpoint but I also think I am right from mine. I'm looking forward to this remake still cause I'm a sucker for PMY.
So my question is if these so-called seniors are just there to either terrorise their mentees or steal from them, then how did they get their jobs to begin with, let alone promoted 🤔 😒 We had one so-called mentor who went crazy and wanted to destroy XC for nothing and later went sober after losing a child. And now we have another douche, stealing ideas and humiliating their mentee. Like what in the hell is happening at this company 🤨 Oooh I love how our rich gal got humbled by our poor boy...hehe. I 💯 agree, the world doesn't revolve around her. It was so nice to have him hold the mirror to her face and ask her if she was that good of a friend she wants XC to be to her 😎. .Also, how about being a little nice to her brother...yeah yeah, her parents might not be great but still her brother is innocent. Needless to say, I still love her back and forth with XC.
In the opening credits, I saw the staring contest scene at the airport with both leads seemingly heading opposite directions. I so hope that's not the ending 😕
So far so good if you are into office drama...it's definitely heavy on that. Ofc relationships between colleagues. So for now, it's worth it. Oh it's stylish too.
Oh wow, I actually like this. I have been missing an office drama so this is good timing. I have a soft spot for the leads so I always check out their new dramas and so far not disappointed at all. XC knows what she wants and she is going for it...And I live and love a character with determination. I love her relationship with YXZ who pretty much gave her a sense of direction. No doubt she would have made it but his advise gave her direction. Whatever their relationship becomes, I really hope XC is not put in a position that compromise this relationship. Talk about these insecure, jealousy b*** called mentors. Like really, these women are really ugly on the inside (except SS). And the pregnant one, like maam, do you want to deliver the child you're carrying in one piece 🤔
They say if a Man can't change then chnage the Man and QY understood the assignment...huh I want to feel sorry for Chun Zhi because I'm thinking dude you have the epitome of a role model when it comes to love and harmony through your parents and you still think marrying someone who doesn't love you is the way to go or will give you that type of relationship...like really, wake up and smell the coffee geez His parents are sooo beautiful together and the way they interact etc...their son definitely didn't learn anything did he.
