Wow, when it comes to these dramas my theories are mostly right.. What did I say way early in the eps. 2nd madam is not that smart to plan and execute all this...Gosh these writers always have a way of making us smarter 🤔 😐 Yep, 3rd madam has had enough of this sh** hehehe Another annoying thing 🙄 So in the beginning they present QY like she doesn't need love or anyone to depend on as she is focused on her revenge. As if she's got some major plan (Mei Chang Su style) Only to uno reverse on us and now have QY running to marry so she can depend on so called husband for revenge. Like make up your mind writers 🤨😏 And that has been my problem with this drama to start with, it feels like the writer is writing as the episodes goes hence have got no plan or clue about where the story goes. Someone said in the comments that if they had advertised this drama as just that without the revenge centre plot, it would have been better and dare I say, I agree. Cause the whole revenge is getting silly now.
Awww....🥰🥰🥰 that's my face after each ep. These 2 are like the epitome of sexual tension...Like if sexual tension was a person then that will be Dean and Moth. They are like a walking pheromone. So for these two that pretty much have f****d with their eyes, to have such a tamed bed scene....that was refreshing and I actually liked it. Ofc my imagination went wild and yet still feel happy not to have scene it ALL (guess I'm gettin desensitised to BL s3x scenes). And I hope I did not speak too soon. Aww, Dean is a sweetheart and I'm glad he gets these shock moments each time he leads with his f***boy persona. Yes Dean, when you scratch someone's itch it doesn't automatically mean they want to date you 🤷♀️ You know sometimes I just wanna sew Moth's gorgeous lips together...yo, this guy 😂😂 poor Ten. But I also want Moth to get his aha moment cause his comment was I think based on looks in comparison to him. But Moth hunny, it seems Dr Pun is ready to close the book of sadness and open a heart warming one and that's most important to him. And Ten might just be the best candidate. Btw Ten is really cute. Talk of which whatever Pun is eating, he needs to continue cause he was dropping bars in this ep. From finishing a book whatever I'm stealing that line to you two are hurting eachother (ref. to Dean and Moth)....wow, mic drop Sir. P.S. okay PPL we see you even though we don't want to.
Omg that plot twist, 😱😳I did not see coming. Chita why why why, Chita 😭😭 I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you (in Tyra Banks voice) Chitaaah I feel cheated 😢 LOL Seriously though, I was busy feeling sorry for him and cheering him on with the Doc, so really I'm kinda shocked by this 😳 Now I'm curious to see how the doc is gonna take this. I hope he doesn't go to that dark place like before with the ex-. Actually good luck to him cause if it turns out Chita is also the cause of his mother's disability....woah, that's a double kill.....sigh
So I tried to watch this and I couldn't continue 🙃 No amount of JCW, SYJ or Nana could save this one. Something I instantly disliked was it felt stage like perfomative rather than just natural. I remember watching the movie and even there was a little of that, it kind of worked as that was a movie. Whereas 8 eps. of that is just ...naaah. Then the actors. No doubt these are all great actors but what happened here. JCW is gorgeous and can do effortlessly sexy (hello Healer) so why here is he acting like the 60 year old ahjussi going round trying to seduce young women. And that squinting whatever...Like Stoooop. Yeah, I don't know this man. Even the emotional scenes felt forced. Then SYJ...don't know but her acting felt animated, it just lacked that natural comfort. She killed it in CLOY so here what's up...I blame the director lol. And then Nana...I feel like the problem I found with her was that her character did not match her face. She has a modern strong face so it felt a little disconnecting seeing her as the damsel in distress. I just couldn't get into her character. The irony of it all is I actually enjoyed the supporting characters more than the leads. So anywho...that's just my little opinion. It's a definite No for me.

If I believe a tiny thing that so called husband of theirs, it's he might have pretended to love QY's mom (4th madam) and in turn drew out jealousy from 1st madam which led to 1st madam nudge 2nd madam to kill 5th madam using that concortion and blame it on 4th madam. Like domino effect. With this noone accuse her cause her hands are clean. But then I start to think, why would dear dad follow and kill 4th madam and this is where the grandma 👵 comes in. I feel like grandma finds out about 1st madam and yet somehow the latter manages to convince or threatens grandma to hide the truth. Knowing that grandma loves her reputation so much, she talks her son into silencing the 4th madam for the truth to never come out. So in summary, it seems the 1st madam might be the orchestrator of this whole incident. If I go with grandma, then I can only think 5th madam had something that threatens her son's future or family reputation. So grandma confides in 1st madam who then took action whilst also acting on her jealousy. So even if it turns out 2nd madam planned to killed the 5th, I have a feeling she did not know she was being used for the long game. Unless she is not as stupid as she appears to be. That's my thoughts... What yu all think 🤔

So I have been waiting for Xie Papa to appear and see what game he really has to be able to gather 5 beautiful maidens and have equally beautiful children. And dare I say, I'm disappointed. He is literally Spongebob...and I think his lip service did the trick...tsk tsk, foolish women. From now on he is Spongebob Xie papa to me..hehe Okay, what in the "boys over flowers" is this with Yan Rui...like dude bullying a gal you like is sooo ancient. This should be called "How to lose a girl in 10 days" 🙄 We as viewers can see he clearly likes her but to her and others, it looks like he is just having fun taunting her etc. Who says words like "obedient, submit, bend" to the gal they like...like is she a ruler. With this behaviour, you will lose the girl faster than you are trying to get her. As for XQY, it seems she doesn't like it (I mean I wouldn't either) but at times she has to succumb to his nonsense for the long game; plus a little flirt here and there doesn't hurt. As for Cong Xin, hun you are so sweet and seeing his family (I love them), I gotta say, you are no match for the Xie household incl. our FL. They will taint this sweet heart. Do they understand that The Rational Life has 35eps? Cause are you telling me they are going to squeeze that great story into 12 ep 🤔🤨unless, they veer far away from the original or skip some parts of the story. One of the best parts about OG is you can see the FL character growth both in work and love without any rash. Each step is intentional which makes all her decisions very thoughtful and realistic. Usually I would skip the office politics and focus on the romance but in this, I wanted to see it all cause it is as important. Talking about the relationship in the OG, it was the most slow-paced and yet very realistic that in the end I was thoroughly convinced that noone else would be better for her or him. So I seriously wonder how they are going to pull this off in the K-remake with 12 eps. 🤔
This is the one drama I NEVER wish for the 1st FL character to end up with the 1st ML character at all....may this type of love never finds me. When will people learn...Marry a man that loves you not that will learn to love you 😔 😕

What happened to the Hacker friend that foresee whoever is approaching from a distance to which he has successfully done before. Oh what happened to dirty childhood friend who can make a 🪰 with camera. Oh where is her dearest fan who can kill with poison. Oh where is the doc and the ahjussi. Seee 🤯🥶 So all these people couldn't be there to help and let her get discovered in this lousy way 🙄 Is writer tired or what cause this ain't it 🤔

This bowl of candy just came and wrecked havoc in my heart for all the good reasons. It's such a breath of fresh air to see a family drama with BL included. Yes this story is about the whole family, their day to day mundane life routines and with the youngest in the family navigating love for the first time to someone he initially thought he shouldn't fall for. I just love how grounded everything is and lovely everyone is too....💞
