Guys, I watched Colony so you don't have to...No, actually you have to watch it. The thrill π² was thrilling. 2 hours flew by just like that. I actually enjoyed it. Granted, it's not some innovative out of this world movie but the plot was soo engaging. If I am to nitpick, I think a short series would have been great to flesh out some of the characters. Like e.g. the villain...I would have wanted to see more of him prior to his demented plan. With his character...I was left wondering "Are monsters born or created" cause he gave me both π€

At this point we are past naive because I really do not understand at all why he can't stand up for himself. Like really, he has a job, he has his own place to live now and don't rely on anyone. So far we have seen Jay being direct, aggressive and playful but I really appreciate this therapeutic and heartfelt moment with Sun. I also like how he confirmed and reassured Sun that he actually cares and likes him and wants to get to know him. And we can see how that ice in Sun's heart began to melt slowly. That su****d scene in that drama Sun shot was so raw that I felt it (I'm sure I'm not the only one). It was just sadπ That writer/director, I really like her, and she seems to understand Sun and also care about her craft.
