SAME THOUGHTS! that sent me for such a loop and honestly kinda tanked the rest of the series for me. so many plot points didn’t make sense after that surprise 5yr situation and I ended up dropping it on episode 22. and I’m not one to drop shows… literally dropped 5 out of over 100. just lost the will to finish this one.

YES! This!! The casual dropping of a 5year time jump absolutely threw me for a loop, and kind of ruined the rest of the show if I’m honest. so many plot points just didn’t make sense in light of a five year long relationship. like the dinner with friends that you mentioned… no way they weren’t all comfortable with each other after five years! and the board giving him a hard time for being potentially biased towards his GF - after 5 years they’d either have proof that he was giving her preferential treatment or not. and it threw off all the timing of side character relationships as well. I really don’t know why the writers made that decision but it ruined the rest of the show for me.

yes! thank you! someone else who noticed this! I’m usually not a fan of the hair brushes down the forehead styling but I thought that’s when this ML looked his best in this series. he’s a good looking guy, no doubt, but why did they make his eyebrows so nonexistent?!

What a unicorn of a "drama"! And I put that in quotes because this show is blissfully drama-free. What a warm hug of a watch. I loved every character, every decision, every conversation, every friendship, every relationship - it was all so **normal** and beautiful for it's lack of manufactured angst. After seeing 100+ dramas I truly didn't think one like this would exist?! This is now #1 on my list of repeat comfort watches and I'm absolutely going to rewatch this one over and over and over again. If you want a peaceful and happy watch, THIS IS IT! And if anyone knows of any other shows like this out there, LET ME KNOW! lol

Whaaatttt! Mr, World Wide Handsome?! How did I just learn about this show?! I’m not even Army, but you can’t not love Jin.

I’m so surprised by all the comments calling this drama boring! I just finished it and despite having read spoilers because I couldn’t handle the tension I STILL found it so gripping to the very end! 10/10 for me. Amazing. Might not be a regular comfort watch because there’s too much bloodshed but this won’t be one I forget anytime soon.

I just finished Love Your Enemy and mostly really liked it. FL was okay for me, but I enjoyed the ML. The teenage versions however really stole it IMO and I wanted more of them! The adults got on my nerves a wee bit and the not nice best friend storyline was frustrating.

Why is this not available yet on Disney in the US 😭😭

I haven’t started this yet (waiting for all to air first) but seeing some comments about lack of romantic chemistry and I simply cannot believe that’s true… Park Hyungsik could have sizzling chemistry with a rock, he’s THAT charismatic and talented.

Currently watching this (on episode 3) and I’m enjoying it overall but tbh the two ajummas are absolutely stealing the series for me 😂 I just love the them!

Crumbs... on further digging it seems TVING and Paramount ended their partnership effective mid-June! So.... not going there anymore after all?! Anyone know where US watchers can see this?!

Any US based watchers know when this is supposed to air on Paramount? From the digging I've done, that's the platform it's going to stream on... but the show has wrapped now and I can't find anything saying WHEN it's going to be available?! I've been waiting to watch this one!

Hmm, okay - so this part of the synopsis is misleading/just not correct "But Mok Sol Hee is in for a shock when she realizes that her new neighbor appears to be the only person in the world her superpower does not work on."?? It's thrown me off lol. Because it seems like her powers DO work on him, but as you said, he's just not lying.

I've just started watching this and am confused.... I'm half way through episode 2 and per the synopsis her powers aren't supposed to work on the ML but there have already been 2 scenes where they do? So is the synopsis on MDL wrong, or is the show's plot inconsistent?

It is SO worth it. I recently wrapped my first watch of it and it’s honestly one of the best dramas (if not THE best?) out of the 50ish I’ve seen. lots of hype around this one, and for me, it def lived up to it. Will be one I rewatch again and again and again!
