It is BL and NOT bromance.
Their romantic feelings for each other were clearly indicated. You can find several examples down there as well as the definition of what bromance is. This clearly isn't.

I'm actually surprised about the amount of negative comments after ep2... Because I just spent the whole evening…
The usual peer pressure of mydramalist. They are jumping on the bandwagon and keep triggering each other. I would not be surprised if some of them wrote their comments before even watching it, purely out of compulsion to comply. It is an amusing sight to see how much effort people invest into something they allegedly hate.

I like it. But this is not a series for sexophobics.
They are seem to be organizing themselves to make group riots here.

well deserved 8.9. Smut enjoyers rejoice!
I enjoy it but 8.9 is a massive exaggeration. This certainly does not deserve this high rating, but the ratings here are aways a joke. I am quite sure it is gonna drop later.

So mentality of the people who liked the first episode is to basically call those who did not like it homophobes…
Yawn.

As it was expected, the uptight church ladies are here in full force.

And those too who are butthurt because a story that is meant to be full of intrigue, hidden secrets and mysteries does not reveal and spoonfeed them everything in the first episode out of 14.

This site never stops being a sandbox in the kindergarten.

A solid, if not flawless first episode. Not quite up to the high standard of War of Y so far, but fairly intriguing.

Those who did not find any plot with so much going on might better stick to Hansel and Gretel.

The point is that it is not a bromance even without a sequel.
Because they don't know what bromance is per definition. Some of them think it is when the romantic feelings are not announced, but I even saw some people calling clear BLs with established couples bromances, just because there were no kisses or intimate skinship.

People who are calling this just a bromance... Guys we'll get a sequel They left the romantic stuff for the second…
The point is that it is not a bromance even without a sequel.

You clearly don't know what bromance is.
My favourite is when people who are not capable of adult debate throw their toys out of their pram like this when they are contradicted on a discussion board made for that.

Bromance is a definitive genre, and it is not up to subjective personal interpretation. Bromance is where two guys have a very deep bond and friendship and they might be a bit touchy-feely with each other but they share absolutely no romantic feelings and nothing like that is even hinted. What is more, the guys are established straight ones and they usually have female romantic interests in bromances. The Chinese series My Roommate is a Detective or the Korean movie Midnight Runners are archetypical bromances.

Where romantic feelings exceed those, even if they are not spelled out for those who need scripts spoon-feeding them at every turn, just implied and pictured are BLs. Not even Untamed, Guardian or World of Honor are bromances, let alone Stay With Me. This one clearly implies a deeper connection than pure friendship and romantic intentions.

You're welcome for the education.
Second season is not quite up to the arresting qualities and emotional depth of the first, but it still is a heart-warming and touching serio-comic exploration of a middle-aged couple's domestic life. It is never less than enjoyable and certainly very well-made and acted.

Not this asinine, neo-victorian shit again. Age consent is way below 18 in most of the civilised world for a good…
It is also quite clear that you don't understand it is not only a legal thing.
There is NOTHING wrong with such a relationship, morally either. Like I said the age consent is way below 18 for a good reason, because the legislators in the civilised world realised that sexual maturity starts way earlier, and if a 17 years old person could take a job, get a driving licence or join the army and die on battlefields, it is hypocrisy and just plain wrong to renounce their right for sexual self-determination.

Saying that interracial and same sex couples are uncomfortable to watch are also personal opinions, but racists and homophobes at least acknowledge it is not something they should proudly proclaim in civilised environment, yet ageists and those with a sick fixed idea that everyone is a thumb-sucking infant before blowing 18 candles on their birthday cake  are always very vocal about their hangup - without any regard how insulting this is to real-life couples of such age-gaps - and every time this is featured in a drama they make their annoying tantrum and downgrade good shows just because the creators refuse to surrender and start catering their idiotic phobias. And I am fed up with this.

Not this asinine, neo-victorian shit again. Age consent is way below 18 in most of the civilised world for a good reason. In Taiwan it is 16 and they don't need to tweak it in dramas only to please the puritanical pearl-clutchers, especially when being a minor is an important aspect in how the narrative goes.

Yes, Chen Yi was drunk and wasn't even aware of what was happening and with whom he was at the beginning. That…
From your examples Love by Chance is the only one where a clear noncon sex (drunk person taken advantage in his sleep) leads to a relationship. The rest had no such cases.

Yes, Chen Yi was drunk and wasn't even aware of what was happening and with whom he was at the beginning. That…
It is always like that. We have seen the same pearl-clutching over KinnPorsche, History4, Bed Friends, Cutie Pie. I have even seen one nutjob calling SA what happened between Jim and Wen in Moonlight Chicken. A large sum of BL fandom apparently cannot make difference between taking advantage of a black out drunk person and getting intimate with a drunk person who otherwise already reciprocates the attraction. Some of them clearly and vocally share the absurd opinion that alcohol consumption and consensual sex are mutually exclusive.
