Title Kiseki: Dear to Me Spoiler
best episode yet. this series is unique in that it is getting better with each episode. I find Taiwanese BL actors…
Someone down there mentioned that the "7th uncle" is actually Fan Jiang Rui Chen's boyfriend and they have a spin-off novel, so his marriage may well be a sham one.

And also what about not making up faux ideologies to whitewash promoting illegal sites? Those in the said conservative countries could still find their way of looking for these sort of alternatives without you promoting sites stealing content and hence damaging the creators.

Argh! This show pisses me off so much with its endings. Finally the reunion! Ai Di and Chen Yi are a mess. 😂Anyways,…
Zhang Teng was talking to someone by the fire telling them they were gonna start a new life once he could kill Fan Ze Rui. That person was not shown, intentionally.

And Zhang Teng had a drug contact at the school.

What about not promoting illegal sites, especially for someone who is apparently having access to one of the officials?

Maybe he knows they're a small group of haters (probably international). In Taiwan that couple was the most popular…
Not only in Taiwan. Even among international fans loads of people found their story much more compelling and expressed this opinion while the show was airing. The haters were (and are) just more vociferous.

That is not what happened there at all. Me and some others have written essays under that show when it was airing for people who simply don't know what they are watching, and I know that nothing but abuse and tantrums come as response from that certain type, so I won't waste any of my time. Go to that page and check for my comments if you are interested, otherwise just keep patting each other's backs with your bestie. Good day.

I'm guessing he maybe saw the guy (his friend or guy he liked) die in a car accident
That guy was laughing at him. Amane possibly made a confession to him to which he responded with laughing out loud. Maybe that is why Amane is moving, transferring school and that is why he gave up on love.

We did get a hug at the end of S1, a really good one It was more intimate than any kisses imo
The lip balm scene was just one. Previously Su Ya said during the family dinner, which was right after he had street fight, that he has a special skin on which nothing leaves mark whatever they do with it, and then he had mischievously smiled at Wu Bi who then kicked him on the foot under the table.

And with the same smile Su Ya told Wu Bi a few episodes later that considering the nature of their relationship there are other ways he can repay Wu Bi's tutoring.

I haven't seen Devil Judge so I cannot give a credible opinion about that.

Like I said they LITERALLY don't know what bromance is. Apparently they think that bromance means BL without intimacy. That is pure ignorance. Bromance is where two guys have a very deep bond and friendship and they might be a bit touchy-feely with each other but they share absolutely no romantic feelings. Nothing like that is even hinted. What is more, the guys usually have female romantic interests in bromances. The Chinese series My Roommate is a Detective or the Korean movie Midnight Runners are typical bromances. Untamed, Guardian or Word of Honor are not bromances. They are BLs - even if they are censored.
Stay with Me is ABSOLUTELY a true BL. For anyone with two brain cells it must be obvious. Wu Bi and Su Ya are clearly in love with each other in a romantic way, even them having sex was practically established.

Those idiots do not know what bromance is.

This story is about everyday domestic life of a middle-aged gay couple and not a steamy BL for straight fetishizers, with a deliberate avoidance of sex only to put emphasis on domestic issues. In Japanese domestic dramas with straight couples apparently no one expects make out scenes all the time. It is not even typical of middle-aged Japanese couples - straight or gay - to be lovey-dovey anyway.

I saw this coming. After watching episode 2, I was 100% positive that this comment section will have its usual array of thick westerners - I guess predominantly American schoolgirls and single women (gut feeling) - gasping here over the age gap, with their panties twisted around their necks.
The same rudimentary and dense approach to eastern spiritual mindset, the soul transmigration and the fate of matching souls finding their own ways of acquaintance irrespective of the conditions as we have experienced with The Miracle of Teddy Bear. This site is a literally a manual on how not to understand Asian dramas.

There seems to be a persisent misconception that it's illegal for minors to have sex. It's not. It's illegal for…
Unfortunately it is not enough to read if you lack the necessary comprehension skills and the ability to debate like an adult. Counter-argument would be more useful than tyring to put labels on your opponent. Just for the record, I am a middle-aged gay guy who has never been into younger ones despite frequently challenged by them. Assuming someone cannot have a point of view like this out of pure principle and liberal stance without any ulterior motivations actually tells more about you than me.

And I am sure it is remote and the general feeling is nothing like that, not just in Thailand, in general all over East Asia, except for the muslim countries of the region. I have had enough Asianbfs in my past to come to know that. And no, the law is not clear. And yes, it is murky. That is why you cannot say it is illegal by default. That is what I am stating from the beginning. Nothing more, nothing less. But if you want to believe what you believe, I cannot prevent you from doing it, nor do I want to . You can believe in Santa Claus as well, I don't mind.

I have provided plenty of points, concrete examples, personal experience to support my view but you consistently ignore them because they do not fit your agenda. Yes, I am going that far because I am sick up to the back teeth with this neo-victorian attitude as if sexual maturity were not completely different with each and everyone (some is mature at 16, some not even mature at 30 and some never) and as if there were no serious and loving relationships out of such situations. 16-17 year old people are very often attracted to those above 20, gay boys especially, and hence these situations should be treated individually. Age consent is beyond 18 nearly everywhere in the civilized world for reason. I don't know what with consent since we are talking about entirely consensual sexual acts from the start, but if you mean I am a type who refuses to tar everything with the same brush and label every sexual intercourse grooming and non-consensual between a minor and someone over 18, I am happily to say i am.

You are actually missing my point. What I was trying to emphasize is that the entire thing in The Warp Effect seems to be rather fabricated and is pretty much remote from reality. Joe says when he sees the boy jump out of Army's car that he gets Army arrested, while he cannot do that because it is not a criminal offence to have sex with a 17 years old for an adult by default. Army previously suggested the kid have sex with someone under 18 while there is no close-in-age exemption in SR. And on top of that Army gives the kid a preachy lecturing in the car that "You know these regulations are there to protect you", just like straight out of an American soap opera. The entire subplot reeks of appeasement for the increasingly prudish western BL fandom, thinking they would swallow it without a burp that these are the rules while they are not. I have noticed Thai shows tend catering puritanical interfans with bonkers, like in Cutie Pie second season when Lian refuses to have sex with Kuea, because the latter one is mildly tipsy, saying bullshit like "I want you to be more conscious and feel and know everything I do", and then they go to sleep separately. Imho this one is in the similar trend.

My ex bf was Thai like I said earlier. He lost his virginity at 13 to his then bf who was 19. When he saw my jaws dropping on the ground hearing this he told me with a wide smile that it is totally ordinary there. He also told me that it is absolutely common for schoolgirls from high school to date sophomore uni students and that at least half of his class dated such students between 18-20, and they did not only chase butterflies in the spring field, if you know what I mean. Newyear and Booth are not different (you don't even argue why would they be, no wonder, because they are not), they are a prime example that it works, and no, from what I know guys over 18 do not shit their panties if it turns out that the partner is only 17 or so.

Thai judicial system is certainly not free and fair, since Thailand is not a democracy, but it usually shows its ugly face when you mess up with the junta, the political leadership or the monarchy. They do not confront societal expectations when it comes to issues like this, and no matter how socially conservative Thailand could be in many aspects, this does not belong to them. Yes, there are risks to be pressed with such charges, but like I said it is not automatic. The rock star mentioned above was probably given a suspended sentence because from his position and fame he was judged to be    someone with considerable power in-balance. A random, unknown average twentysomething would probably have been considered otherwise.
