In the anime Akin’s character starts a new show and has other guys after him. That makes Jin’s character more possessive. Then they have a paparazzi following them that leaks their photo causing Akin to breakup with Jin (Junto). The pap shows Akin an unreleased photo of the two kissing. Akin then is willing to give up his career to save Jin’s, he promises to give the paparazzi an even better story. Instead, Jin finds out who the pap is and
tells him they’ve already broken up and he’s now with a famous actress. This gets publicized, Jin is seen getting close with the actress and even wearing a couples ring. Akin is very depressed finally goes after Jin and expressing his feelings. The “fake relationship” between Jin and the actress are exposed which was Jin’s plan the whole time. Finally, they end up together and Akin stresses out how to plan the perfect Christmas
with Jin.

Is it just me or the FL styling does not fit her petite frame at all? These overly wide pants that are hemmed at an awkward length just look bad on her. They styled her in these for multiple different outfits. Is this the current trend in Japan? In the one scene where she’s telling her coworker/friend about being transferred, FML is wearing wide legged jeans while the other is wearing a professional pantsuit. The contrast is jarring to me why they would style her like this. Then in the scene introducing a SML, she’s dressed that way again. They pair her up with 2 good looking love interests and don’t even try to make her look good. Don’t people in Japan judge you by the way you dress?

I like the show but I don’t buy into their expression of “romance”.

I totally agree, he’s exploiting her even though he knows she has nothing and then didn’t even want to rent out his ignored backyard for her. In real life how can she pay for her employee, cost of goods and other expenses with just 10%. We’ve heard him say to others he likes her but he hasn’t shown her any preferential treatment. She’s had to beg, grovel, and concede to him every time.

I feel so bad for FML, I just want her to scream back at them that she’s a virgin. How could her own sister physically assault her at her work place and slander her like that. I seriously wouldn’t take that kind of treatment even if it’s family.

Ugh the father does want to make Phlap his woman. He actually thinks he can make her fall in love with him without using his money to make a point to Pheem. Father is a creep.

He’s so charming in the Sweetest Taboo, his acting has improved since Dhevaprom series.

I was really rooting for her but she’s past being comprehensible. She finds out that she was wrong about ML (the man she loves is innocent), she’s married to the guy responsible for her parents death and she’s currently held captive by a rapist but she refuses to leave and says she can’t ever be with ML. If she wants military power and revenge now ML is the only choice. They could finish the story out with the 2 ML united as a loving couple getting their ultimate revenge but at this point FML doesn’t even know ML background or his goals. The story could’ve been really interesting but the writers must’ve put their ends in the sand.

The exchange for the Enaqi people happened during the scene where FML threatened to kill the ML’s horse. Literally she held a knife to the horses neck. ML released the people to save his horse. The fact that she pulled this stunt knowing how much he loved that horse is disgraceful. She thought that Nà Zhan and Yunpei would be safe for the people, since she’s the first lady (powertrip). But later on after she was abducted Nà Zhan confirmed he would use the people against the FML and that she would have to return because of it.
