Ultimate Boredom

Come on, do you think it was romantic that right after being bashed by her step-father and the ensuing smash of the name plate led to the "romantic kiss" on top of the building? You might find that romantic, but I don't think most people would be in the mood after a scene like that... I guess that is where you and I differ. Now you are saying Cheol San and Sa Ha is a great romance and wonderful addition to the story? NO THANKS. A business where every character in the business is having a romance except for Yong San who is there to get Mr Han.

Sorry, but this story is going downhill big time
I don't care about the SLS, but I don't like how a main character that is a "good boy" is getting beat down continually by nearly every character in the story.

Even the comment "I didn't start with a Han River View" is revolting. Hello, HJP didn't start with that view either.. he started in an orphanage, followed by the street without a roof over his head and barely enough for a deposit on an apartment. It is tough to watch a person that has had that kind of living become the punching bag and say "Great story!" Even his beloved Grandma said "you're not married? That is NOT good!"

So you think the actors are bad? You are disagreeing with me... so that must be the case?

Even Yong San's hatred towards HJP doesn't make sense. I mean there is a panel of judges making the comments... please.
It is obvious that HJP is being set up for another beat down for the end. Maybe not, but the magical time skip is now in the works... there are some elements that are good. Certainly some good acting too.. but the story after the first few episodes?.... MEH.

Well, there are only so many words in language that you end up repeating sentence after sentence. So technically speaking, (or writing in this case) everyone writes the same thing again and again eventually. However, if you don't like what you are reading, you can always choose to read something else. I am just assuming you like it since you are here in the comment section. Most people will finish a show since they have time invested in watching it. These drama's are long and drawn out.

I believe people should be allowed to sing praise or cast stones as they see fit. That being said, it doesn't mean I will agree or disagree with any of them. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. (IMO)

That's funny. I wouldn't because I'm a guy.. but frankly I have never had a women tell me she likes me only because of my hands... If she had.. I probably would've blown her off.. lol

Hmm, I missed the part where Do-San didn't get smacked down too.. In this show, his character (NDS) is a flat out dipshit. He knew he was wrong, but still slugged him.. and he struck first. That isn't even the response of a man. HJP DID mentor that day (remember when he took over the Demo Day introduction?) .. except for all the times the "SANS" blocked him.. Than another "SAN" attacked him. Sorry, not sorry, screw SST. NDS and the rest of SST were the one that hosed it in the end. NDS is a complete F/U other than coding. Oh, he is a pretty boy though.

He didn't get noticed too much by Alex until the stupid video from his cousin. (Alex was going there to recruit) He couldn't get an office or finish school without the financial backing of his family (he still never finished school). He never had a girlfriend until HJP gave him introduction to one. He couldn't get any focus on a business model till SDM and HJP came along. He couldn't get advertising for his app till he got assistance once again from his cousin.. unsolicited. He and his buddies are complete buffoons. They can code, but that is all they can do.

It was nice to see NDS finally get a bloody lip for his unprovoked attack because he was crying about losing out to Alex and 2STO.

He deserves to be patronized because he is such an egotist ass that has had everything handed to him in his life.
I am sure his time in the US will make him grow up... I sure hope so.

His character to this point is not extremely endearing. I am sorry that you have to keep bashing HJP because of a seeming man crush.

HJP has his issues too, but I don't know why you keep blaming him for all of NDS's weaknesses and faults. Like I said before, it doesn't appear we are watching the same show.

We already know that SDM and NDS will be the "pretty match-up"

I guess it is a good thing they didn't have any basketball players around in the series... they'd have all the girls if it is all about height!

This was a good episode? Sorry, not sorry, this was NOT a good episode. The story is turning about as cliche as it can get. There really are no more surprises left.. haha! The story is really over except a time skip. SDM: "I love you NDS" NDS: "Why do you love me?" SDM: "Because you are pretty" ... NDS: "I love you SDM" SDM: "Why do you love me?" NDS: "Because you are pretty" THE END. haha!

He is an orphan, according to this writer, all orphans should be kicked and kicked hard. I guess that is the moral of the story.. Pretty people end up together regardless of plot, and orphans get kicked. What a romantic ending "eyes rolling" Even the characters in this story don't remain consistent.

I watched this and one other on a suggestion from a friend.. I don't think I can watch KDramas anymore. This and Record of Youth had such high ratings from people, but I don't see it. A lot of the acting seems convincing (and well done), but the story lines are bad. Perhaps I am losing a lot in translations.

HJP will be investing in them because of Grandma. I believe he was there to purchase NoonGil to promote it for Grandma. HJP will get the funding for it.. because that is what he does well. He is a great businessman and very sharp (when it comes to business and investing) Sadly, that is all he will be in this story.

Sorry, it looks like the time skip deal has been sealed.. the lovey happy ending for Dal-Mi and Do-San after the time skip. Orphan will be used again as a fake interest, and now we even get to see Cheol San love ending.. Yeah, this series is getting predictable and bad.. Great actors, horrible predictable story.

I don't think it is an irrational hatred, I think it is bad writing. HJP started to be infatuated during the process. He knows that SDM doesn't love him, which I feel is why he made the confession with a stipulation "don't think about it, it's just how I FEEL" . "If we let this come between us, it would just be pathetic".

I think that many people wanted to see a romantic ending for HJP, but then they are getting the SDM NDS finish to which it was NOT a very romantic pairing (not the actors, the story). Now to make matters worse, I have to watch a romantic interlude for Cheol San and Sa Ha... OH THE HUMANITY!!! haha!!

The "romance" that they spent so much time on.. wasn't really romantic (IMO) and they kind of ruined the story (for me). AND the orphan is NOW the punching bag.. literally! He pretty much WON'T have a family now, won't have a romantic interest and will somehow be the left out ice cold bastard orphan.. So I see why people don't like that.

At the same time, It is hard to see the great "romance" between the two leads, because of how it is written. This is a good cast of actors.. Most of them.. but really, what a disappointing ending we are headed for..

The way they wrote NDS, he is hard to sympathize with much and he doesn't even act like a man.. he is supposed to be an adult... so ugh. SDM was tough, proud and confident, then they had to diminish her in the writing... another awful move and departure from character as well. I will watch to the bitter end (the happy time skip eternal love for Do-San and Dal-Mi) but I will be lowering my rating for this show.

There is an equal HJP bashing going on in the comments that I find irrational as well. He has had the worst story by far of any of the characters.

We probably won't agree! haha. HJP helped them save their code before they had selected SDM to be their CEO.. so in this instance he did help them out that had nothing to do with SDM. We already know that NDS started building on the lies to his own advantage. How many times did he also drive himself in between SDM and HJP? More than once...

Well, HJP was attacked by one of the Sans right before Demo day.. who's fault is that? BTW, HJP was to be a a JUDGE that day, the mentoring was before which he had already addressed that. It was already made clear in the presentation the 2STO was only going to be interested in INJAE and SST. SST and company weren't interested in seeking HJP out after they had the contract offer, and it isn't his job to attend or sit in on the meeting.. so YES it is clearly on SDM and SST gang.

I think Alex made it quite clear earlier that he was only interested in NDS, but NDS chose to ignore it and tried to jam through the whole group.. This is NOT HJP's fault.

As far as mentoring goes...you as the "underlings" are supposed to seek out help from the mentor.. which SST did NOT do. Also, an intervention WAS possible at the last second.. but SAN did it again because of his "brother".

As far as the "brother" is concerned, even Ms Yoon said that had he not asked the pertinent questions SHE would have.

It isn't HJP's fault that they signed the acquisition contract, that is mostly NDS and SDM's fault. "I'm not being anyone's plan B" "Buy SST and all the crew and I will agree" NDS is being aggressive again.. He has nobody to blame this time except himself. Even NDS seems to know he screwed up as he is gazing at his company card knowing that the company is gone. He basically just sold out his friends and the company just because he doesn't want anything to do with HJP... and they all agreed.. so boo hoo to the people that made that decision... lol
