Bottom line is, they never respected him. They didn't show up to help HJP out, they showed up for their own interests.. and NDS had the hots for SDM..once he saw her, that is why they continued. I don't remember one thing that they ever did for the sake of HJP.

Yes, I would like to know why WIJ was so supportive of her sister and family when they were young (and her sisters best friend) and suddenly became the "evil incarnate" that we have mostly seen from her. In other words.. Hey show! MORE ABOUT WIJ!!

Oh yes, right after they tried to blackmail him to get into Sandbox. Of course HJP could've also said nothing while the developers stole their code. All 3 Sans never had any respect for HJP, and they basically called him a dumbass and a jerk. HJP has a tough outward personality, but he was telling truths. He was trying to point out that success isn't guaranteed.

I agree. The buildup of lies were a huge part of the downfall of the plot. Sadly, all the truths aren't out yet, and this series is almost over. Now the plan seems like they are knocking everyone's IQ down by 30%. Now, Yong San was making some kind of notable edit to the code in an earlier episode. I am wondering if that edit will have a major plot twist for the purchasing of SST and the cast off of all the engineers but NDS at 2STO.

I totally agree! I just never expected them to diminish SDM to someone who has no spine. Even her sister puts her down, but then seems to cheer for her at the times she overcomes the obstacles in her path.

Episode 10 they started taking the teeth out of SDM when she suddenly couldn't stand up to her sister. I don't understand why the have to cut SDM off at the knees just to make NDS look better.. It annoys me that they are weakening her character SO BAD. Save me NDS, save me! I know.. lets make the FL weak and needy.

The way they have been doing it, that was likely the very ending of tomorrows episode.. haha!

Well, all I have to say is that the San's started blocking HJP's access to SDM, not because of a misunderstanding, but because of their leaders love aspirations. Even in the early episodes, not ONE of them had any respect for HJP. The Sans always know best at every turn. They never even said thanks every time HJP bailed them out. True that he was helping them mostly because of SDM, but their total lack of respect for his abilities had a big hand in it too.

Might be a bit harsh.. more like ignorant. They all are.

Well, I guess NDS better stop his schemes and lying as well. You keep on passing up on NDS culpability of lying in the drama too.. and it is all through the episodes.

I find it interesting that after HJP sought her out at the restaurant and made his confession, she actually continued to sit there and eat with him. She is showing less signs of being angry with him than of Do-San at this point.

I don't know why she was fidgeting in front of him at the presentation even when he looked directly at her and said "don't be intimidated".

I really hope to get more in depth with WIJ too, because I would love to know how she was so loving and supportive of her father early on, and then just switched in an instant even proclaiming she didn't have a sister anymore. There has to be more to the story. She was even comforting SDM early on when their father was being beaten in front of them.

I will admit that it kind of annoyed me when SDM couldn't stick up for herself when her sister lied about her story and then attacked her about being timid. Then DoSan to the rescue.. She should be able to stand up to her sister.. she never had an issue with it in the past.. but now? What is up with that? It seems a break from her character and an obvious tactic of her sister trying to discredit her use of SDM story of the swing. That scene really bugged me because of the departure of character just to give NDS an opportunity to make him a hero, and SDM a weaker character.

He didn't lie. I would like to point out that if you go back and watch the earlier episodes, you will see that only the first letter seems to be co-written by HJP and Grandma. There are at least 2 scenes of HJP writing letters with no Grandma in sight. Grandma did ask him to write the letters. That isn't a lie. She didn't say.. "here good boy, help me write this letter to my Granddaughter Dal-Mi. "

DoSan was the one that claimed the he and HJP are brothers as he interrupted HJP from telling the truth to SDM when they got into Sandbox. NDS was the one that "answered for HJP "when SDM wanted to ask him a few questions. Hence the cheek pinch from HJP to NDS as he had to live through another one of NDS lies.

NDS is the one that keeps adding more lies to the stew and NDS is continually rubbing HJP's face into the letters and everything else that HJP does. NDS is plenty disrespectful of HJP. NDS is always trying to discredit HJP. Even the Sans are blocking HJP all the time even though he is supposed to be SDM's mentor in Sandbox.

Also, SDM didn't go out and seek NDS after she found out about the fake letters. It was NDS that came looking for her.

I don't remember NDS confessing to SDM that he only agreed to the whole thing because he wanted money and investment for his company which was his ONLY sole reason to meet her or the fact that he was trying to use HJP to get into Sandbox.. I guess that makes him a two faced weasel dirty ugly nasty liar too. So he still hasn't told the truth to her. So he is still lying too in the context that you call HJP a liar.

It seems clear that SDM and NDS will be together because of billing, but I have to question some of your conclusions. I feel that after reading your comments we aren't watching the same show. Of course, that being said, I am only reading the subtitles because I don't speak Korean, so perhaps I am missing something in the translation.

NDS was the first to proclaim that he and HJP were like brothers. That was one of NDS's lies. I guess you forgot about the cheek pinch and the Sherpa comment when HJP was expressing his displeasure over that lie.

NDS doesn't necessarily have a girlfriend after episode 10. They had barely been courting anyway. It was a courtship based on a lie. Why does HJP have to ask NDS for any permissions? NDS certainly never asked for any.

Also, Grandma was yelling about and making a scene when she thought HJP had stolen her money because she left it out.
Grandma may have ended up with 2 million of HJP's money. He surely didn't use her money to make the stock purchases. He did however have her account book, cards and passwords.

"Also if DS doesn't need her for his happiness why does JP needs her for his?" Because Grandma said he's not married and that's a problem? lol!

Perhaps HJP could end up with Jung Sa Ha. She has expressed to the Sans that he is a great catch.

Why would you say that NDS has more intellect than HJP? HJP won an award too without cheating. HJP put himself through school and is a managing partner of a venture capital group. Do you think that everyone can do that? Just because their specialties are in 2 different areas, doesn't mean that HJP isn't an intellectual. I think that he has proven that he is. He took 2 million and turned it into 72 million in a year as a kid. I think that counts for something.

One other thing, his versions are meant to get them to relax and build their confidence. If you don't have to worry about failing, the pressure isn't as great. Of course the offer is different to him... STech he is offering to support them for SDM. For SDM he is trying to get her to relax. IMO

I guess what I am saying is that HJP is the one putting sand under her while she swings so she doesn't get hurt in her bid as CEO. In all the episodes he doesn't want her to get hurt. When she caught him looking at the letter, he even said to himself.. "I hoped she would notice me, not with those eyes" and when she broke down " then "regrets always come too late"

Which would be a lie.

I understand that HJP involved Do San (At Grandma's request) and after the Network Party he wanted to end the lies.. the one that Grandma requested. This is an important fact about the lies.
