The ML never did apologize for it. He just said the FL changed to be a stronger woman so she is a fit now. I am a director at a corporate and let me tell you if I did even one of his antics with a male reporting to me, I would be fired immediately and justly so!

He repeatedly said how women are weaker and even gave a reason for not hiring her because women can get what they want by crying but the FL cannot because of her allergy... WTF!!! Just picture the ML as a middle aged fat man and tell me if his behaviour is still sweet.
