Of course we know that. In real life it might take years to forever to heal a wounded heart, but this ain't real life, it's a fictional story bounded by 40 eps long. Even if both mc aren't in love yet, they are meant to be. That's why their chemistry should be believable for us viewers to see it clearly. And ofc XFF & XH have a sizzling chemistry which we love so much.
YSL teases LZX about that thing in the nightstand makes me smile so wide. The way they flirt with each other is sooo sweet *chefkiss Both main & second couples are lovable. This drama is full of good vibes. The only drawback is we don't see vprez Gao get arrested. 😆

I guess by attacking YSL, vprez Gao has the advantage of controlling public opinion. Bad public opinion abt YSL --> bad image on LZX & the hospital --> easier to convince shareholder to unseat LZX.
LZX's father eating out from small vendors by the road side is a fresh thing to see. Most rich people in dramas that I've watched will eat in a fancy resto or at their own fancy dining room. It really shows that LZX's parents aren't snob. No wonder they raise LZX as a humble & kind person.

Too many c-dramas having cold boss who's lacking communication skill as male leads. When I see a ml with quality like a typical sml (good guy, gentleman, sunny personality) I fall in love instantly hehe. Oh and I love the fl here too. She's sensible & her character growth is excellent.
Seriously, he should be the standard for any male lead and his character is consistent from beginning til now. Kudos to the writer!!! The only other male lead like him that I can recall leaving a great impression on me is Wang An Yu in Forever Love.

At first I was afraid about this, maybe because I've watched too many dramas with parents against their children's girlfriend/boyfriend, but then I can see that LZX parents are really good people. His dad approves YSL from early ep and warns LZX not to abuse his power as her boss in approaching her. Even after listening to YSL talking about her father, he doesn't force his son to leave her. His decision in the latest ep, I think, is because he wants to protect YSL by not dragging her into the conflict with prez Gao.
