No it's our problem too because we are the audience lmao. It's easy to say ahh her family which is true but what about the people who cast her and what about the people who watch it knowing it's something so creepy! Brush it like that is allowing for this to continue happening. You don't excatly see a 17 yr old romancing an almost 30 year old woman, don't you? That's because there would be an uproar about it!
Ok I just got informed of what they have done and oh my god I am beyond disgusted!! Amidst the ongoing genocide and with 105+ people dying just yesterday in Gaza, what they did is horrible!! Implying that Ismael was attacked by platima in a not so subtle zio propaganda . You just can't escape it! I literally lose sleep everytime I watch the footage from the death ques and the on going horror but to spun this around and make it seem like izmael is the victim. Not only am I gonna rate every single episode a 1 but I am also never gonna watch a drama by the actors or mbc. They have sold their souls to the devil.

Good drama. Started very strong but lost momentum toward the end. Nevertheless highly recommend, it's enjoyable and doesn't have many of the annoying aspects of a typical chinese historical (loved that both leads are in their twenties and not like in other Dramas where the FL is literally a minor or 18 yr old like no) here are some flaws that made this drama go from 9 to and 8.5 Fl acting in romance scenes was really hard to watch sometimes. I think she is a good actress but not a great one, ml is the somewhat the same. They are not bad and I enjoyed the acting, it's just some parts where cringe or underwhelming. The second thing is not something I hated but it's always a concern of mine the leading actresses including this one are sooooooo thin, they look like they are starving and I just really can't comprehend the beauty standards in China 😕 Things I liked : literally every thing else. The plot, the direction, the setup, both actors where a great combination, a strong independent fl, a handsome military ml that actually takes fl seriously and follows her advice and the side character were good too.

Slight romance, heavier toward the end(they do kiss twice) . Bonus episode has a happy ending. Age gap is non factor they look good together and have crazy chemistry. One of the great thing about this series is its immersive atmosphere. From the setup to the music to the makeup (for both men and women). This is easily the best drama this year and I genuinely don't think anything compares

Ehh she hasn't decided just yet but I don't even know for sure if he likes her or he is just an airhead who does many misunderstandings lol. She did consider him once tho. But with how the ml story is panning out I think he is the main romantic interest :(
