I watched both and i liked them both but sometimes i forget to rate dramas that i watch offline .i have watched every drama the director of reply 1988 (my all time favorite korean drama) has put forward .

This is so dumb . jung somin became my favorite actress because of AOS and this "sequel" being mediocre at best has nothing to do with jung somin or the new actress and everything to do with how do the sake of lazy writing /lazy acting that naksu that we knew went away and i am not saying her body but her whole character and got replaced by an over the top amnesia girly girl whose sole purpose is to love the ml who by the way forgot about his 1st love just fine . i think your the one judging it because it has your favorite actress in it lmao. I don't have all of somin dramas rated at 10 in fact i have one i rated a 1 . i am not some blind fan

One of the worst and most uninteresting dramas this year an easy 1 and the chemistry and the whole romance was awful and unnecessary. Nothing to do with how good hospital playlist is

She is in her early 20 and he is in his 30s (when they filmed) they look soooo far apart in age because she looks even younger that her age , she could play a highschool student and i would not question it , while he looks his age . she is also way too pretty for him and his squirrel like face

I love how everyone who likes this sequel liked it because they are a fan of the actress.while the rest of us who actually care about the drama couldn't stomach this "sequel" its so bad that i don't even consider it a sequel more like a new mediocre drama

I came across your review by chance and it reminded me of how i also made an account just to hate on this sequel . I feel like saying that it was disappointing is an understatment , everything we loved about s 1 was gone and we are left with a new mediocre drama at best that has nothing to do with the 1st season . the fl actress wasnt the only thing changing but also the whole charachter became a cringe naive love struck puppy who cries every two seconds . i always pretend this just never happened and the sequel is still on the way 😂

Can people please do their research before saying stuff like this? There is a manga out already with his character..he is supposed to be much younger than yumi a man in his 20s so no he is not too young! The director didn't cast a young person playing an older character . if not him someone as young would still be casted unless you wanted someone older playing a young character which i wouldn't want to see. All the actors you mentioned are great but they simply dont fit the character. Hope that helps 😁

The character is supposed to be young . so no actors in their 30s. We will have to wait and see about his acting which is the most important thing honestly.
