The only thing i don't agree about is the part about Kris Wu being a perfect choice for "Daoming Si". I dunno. When i look at him i just can't picture him as Daoming Si. Tho i reeeeaaaaly like that he made it into Hollywood. Same goes for LuHan. Both of them really deserve the fame and they act very well. I hope we will see more Hollywood movies with them ♥
The Cinematography of chinese productions really is special and awesome in it's own way. Especially the costumes and sets. I like that very much. *_* While watching "Mr Sunshine" i felt reminded of a mixture of chinese und american Cinematography. I hope Korea will keep that change, because i would love to admire more of that Cinematography.
Have you seen the movie "Three"? It's directed by Johnnie To and wow...I rarely felt such astonishment while watching an asian movie. It's one of the movies i would always recommend to "fans of very good Cinematography" :)
The only part i don't agree on is that "K-Dramas" are the best. For me asian dramas are not comparable to western shows. The budget the actors the overall writing and filming style just differs waaaaay to much so compare them. Also the difference in culture is just too big. Every country has it's charms when it comes to dramas and/or shows. Why your opinion on "kdramas are best" is an unpopular one is beyond me, to be honest. I heard that for years now and i am still waiting for the hype to die down. For me personally i like japanes dramas the best of all asian countrys, because i like the storytelling very much. The koreans have the sexy actors and actresses and the chinese make the very nice looking fantasy Dramas. So, yeah i really dislike the term "x- (whatever country you like to put here) are the best Dramas. But i guess that's just my inner geek/nerd showing itself as i am a hugh fan of movies/dramas in general.
I must admit i also like the "rich man poor woman" trope and dislike the back-hugging thing, BUT shower scenes are just like "YES! Feed the fangirl. Show me that body!" So i totally understand you with that xD Also that gender-bender thingy. Never really liked that either. I mean, they still look and sound like girls. Why anyone would mistake them for boys is just like...well..portraying the males as utterly morons. I mean, like would there be any person that would fall for that in this whole world? :D
Of all the ones named, SLS and Burnour, are the worst. Urgh. Those two apply to me at the moment and i am just devasted xD Hopefully "Mr Sunshine" will get me out of the KDrama Burnout :D
Donnie Yen & Jet Li. OMG how nice! Get the big names. Wuhu! *_* The only thing i find rather disappointing is, that they want to switch the villain. Why!? Shan Yu was awesome! The stayed pretty true to the originals with the last life action movies, so why change that now? Man. I was really excited to see a real Shan Yu :(
I actually never realised that they look a little alike, in certain poses/angles. But as soon as they speak the difference hits you hard xD Or the whole body language and so on. Tho, i somehow think their eyes/nose are totally different, but maybe that`s just me? Dunno. Interesting article! :)
both of them lives. they don't become a couple within the runtime of the drama but it's shown that they both still…
Yeah, i got like this after watching some Dramas that couldn't get me hooked from the first Episode. Because of that i missed out on the really good ones :( I only have an hour each day to watch dramas, so i always have to choose wisely. But thanks for the replys. Have a nice day/night :)

I won't. Not a fan of Jang Hyuk. The plot sounds interesting and the first Episode was okey. Couldn't get me hooked, tho. If this wouldn't have any Romance in it (especially between Kang Pil Joo & Na Mo Hyun), i would have given this another Episode to change my mind, but there are so many good Dramas out there. I'll rather watch the ones that get me hooked from the first Episode :)
Can someone spoiler me pls? Just want to know if Kang Pil Joo and Na Mo Hyun will be a couple. Doesn't matter if one of them dies or other tragic stuff, just want to know if they get together because i really dislike that thought after watching half of the first Episode :D
Yeah put them on-hold and it doesn't seem like you're giving up. Just seems as if you plan on revisiting at a…
Right? I actually did reviset 2 Dramas that i had on my on-hold List. Missing9 and Gap Dong. In my heart they were on the "dropped" list, but suddenly i felt the urge to give them another try. I hope the same thing will happen to the other dramas on my on-hold list :D Finally someone that feels the same about Black! Tell me if you finished it and if it is worth continuing, because i've only seen 2 Episodes and i somehow can't feel anything for the male lead. Yes, he is a good actor, but i somehow don't like the character (and the romance) even tho the whole setting is pretty awesome.
After reading this, i feel the strong need to drop "Black" because it always came to my mind at every point mentioned above :D
Urgh, but i HATE dropping Dramas. There is this tiny hope deep in my heart that the drama i would like to drop could turn awesome at some point and i would be missing out. Argh, the struggle! But hey i can put them on-hold first so i don't have to feel bad about them, right? Right?
Furukawa Yuki will do a fantastic job! He always does. It's amazing how well he fits as Satoru Fujinuma. (At least in this picture above it looks fitting) I am so pumped for this Drama! It will air on my brithday, what a nice present! *_*
there are some sub sites where they'll give u soft subs. then u have to download the raw movie and add them together,,…
Yes, but i only found some terrible subs. I want normal ones, where i don't have to guess what the sentence should have been. By all means: I am not a native englisch speaker, but it botheres me, when i see such terrible subs that make no sense (like the ones on kissasian for this movie). But thanks for your answer :)
If anyone finds this movie wit GOOD subtitles , please message me! I would love to watch this movie, but the subs on kissasian and youtube are unbearable :(
So, am i the only person that thinks he is attractive with his bangs up but not attractive with bangs down? (Maybe…
I am sooo glad that i am not the only person with this problem! :D I really thought i am weird for thinking that way. But if you suffer the same thing with a different actor means it is a common thing then? :D
So, am i the only person that thinks he is attractive with his bangs up but not attractive with bangs down? (Maybe just a weird fetish of mine O.o)
I hated him in "Sweet Stranger and Me", but i love him in "Lookout". This mixed feelings about him confuse me to no end. Do i like him? Do i hate him? What the hell is wrong with meeeeee :(
"Itazura na Kiss" is my guilty pleasure. I can't say how much i love this Drama.
Irie x Kotoko is my OTP ♥ (And Furukawa Yuki will be forever my japanese Number 1 crush!)
It makes me feel all girly inside, which is pretty amazing because i am not really a girly girl :D
Really nice Article! It made me smile (& nod) a lot!
You know who needs to get a first lead role finally? LEE SOO HYUK! That guy always gets second lead or villian roles. Let him get the girl once, please! :D I am diying to see him in a first lead role o:
But i will be checking out the guys on your list. Seems like they played some roles in interesting dramas. Especially Jun Tae Soo, Kim Ji Han & Jang Geun Suk got me interested. Thanks for the list! :)
