I’m putting this as a spoiler for those who do not want to know about the novel’s plot. Finished the novel and now I’m curious how the drama will adapt the novel. ML is cruel to the FL from treating her life like nothing, poisoning her, forcing her to marry his subordinate, saying he loves her but don’t choose her either nor can he let her go. FL on the other hand is a strong woman who has a very soft heart. When I say soft, I’m not exaggerating. She forgives ML all the time and way too easy. ML did not suffer much from what he did to FL. Nonetheless I still enjoy reading the novel. It kept me on edge for the most part. I know dramas adaptation don’t always follow the novel but I’m still quite excited to see this air.

Ouu this one looks good! I like the casting and even though the plot is sort of confusing and vague. I’ve liked LXY when he was playing supporting, villains, and 2 ML roles. I’m glad to see him playing more ML roles. I think it’s time for him to shine as a ML. He’s also a very good actor too. And WJY seems to be MIA for awhile so it’s nice to see her back onscreen soon!

Is the movie available on any international (US) platforms? Been waiting to watch this since forever.

I can’t express how excited I am for this to start filming and aired. I’m thrilled to see Lu Yuxiao as the female lead casted alongside Neo Huo. The plot sounds interestingly good! I just pray the cyberpunk concept will not disappoint!

How is everyone liking the drama? I saw some short clips only and I’m not a fan of over exaggerated acting for comedy effect but I really like Namfah as an actress and Namfah + August CP so I’ll mostly give this a try. There isn’t much reviews on the drama on mdl for me to determine if I should wait for all episodes to sub or go ahead and watch in advance.

Maybe because I had a lot more expectations but the movie was a big disappointment for me. I couldn’t find the humor funny and the plot moved too slow I had a hard time getting into the movie I ended up quitting halfway through. Even the friends I watched with found it too slow and boring. Now granted we ended up quitting halfway so I can’t say much on the last half of the movie if it’ll be interesting or not, but because the movie is not for me (and others) doesn’t mean it isn’t for you to enjoy. Besides that, the casting and acting was good.

Happy Birthday to Lu Yuxiao! Her portrayal of Shangguan Qian in MJTY was so captivating that I was immediately drawn into her character’s story through a short TikTok clip. This led me to watch MJTY just for her, and I ended up becoming a fan. I eagerly anticipate seeing Lu Yuxiao in more leading roles and with great scripts, as she is a highly promising actress. I will be keeping an eye out for actress Lu Yuxiao!

Not going to lie, I wasn’t planning on watching this but came across a short clip of Shangguan Qian and Gong Shang Jue and I was sold! The chemistry and the intense atmosphere along with their good looks + cinematography made me need to watch to see the plot and how their story will unfold. I’m also digging the 2 FL assassin together. 😍 Can’t believe there will only be 24 episodes?!

I came across a short clip of her in My Journey to You and was instantly captivated by her beauty and acting. I will be keeping an eye out for her.

I loved Romance in the Rain a lot and still do. I did not know Fang Yu has passed away. Such a beautiful and great actress was taken away so young. May she rest in peace.

One of the best cdrama I’ve watched. Best casting and acting. I remembered the beginning of the first episode had me 😭😭😭. All the characters’ anger, resentment, pain, love, happiness was felt the entire series. Proves how great the acting was portrayed by the actors and actresses. And let’s not forget to mention the OST. I love all the songs in the drama. 10/10

I begin to watch this show because one of my favorite actress is a panelists in season 3. Came in with no clue what the content of the show was and realized it’s a one of those dating show that I enjoy watching lol Season 1 was so interesting I ended up watching S2 and by far S2 was more enjoyable for me because of the cast + my favorite couple (Re Neng + Yingge) ended up together. The panelists are so funny with their commentaries I had a lot of laughs.

Of course! I’m still going to give this a chance.

A Korean adaptation? I’m excited but the casting just doesn’t seem to quite fit the roles imo.

Finally giving this drama a watch. The synopsis sounds intriguing. I wouldn’t say I hate it how almost every scenes is made out to be comedic with exaggerated acting (for the comedy) because there are moments I do find funny. For my own preference I personally wish this drama has a more serious script and acting with minor comedy added. It’s the complete opposite in the drama. Regardless the premises of the storyline is interesting and it’s whats keeping me to continue watching.

No break up. I would consider it being separated bc they technically never broke up.

I really liked him in Mr Bad even though he played just a cameo as the FL’s first love, it was enough that I wanted to see how his relationship with the FL would’ve developed in a different drama together
